“A great find in the world of insurances that try to scam you instead of help. I have been with this company for the last 4 years and cannot be happier, even though the price went up almost 60% … but I think that would be true for any insurances nowadays. Very quick claim review and reimbursement, great and helpful customer service. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone.”

“Pets Best has been very helpful with my pets medical bills. Almost all claims have been approved to the amount and in the time I expected. “Pet's Best is the only pet insurance I have had so I don't have a point of comparison. I like that you can choose different options - like including or excluding wellness visits- which help you manage overall out of pocket. There are some improvement opportunities which made me me think I should perhaps look at other policies. The first was how long it took to get claims paid. My last claim was relatively fast so hopefully it has improved. And, my last annual renewal quote nearly doubled so I contacted them to increase the deductible to lower the premium and take on more risk myself. I must say the person I dealt with was not pleasant which turned me off.”

“They have been a great pet insurance provider. Claims are processed quickly and they have many options for coverage. Very easy to file and access claims. Our fur baby has unfortunately had a lot of medical issues and we are so thankful that we chose Pet's Best to help with our bills! Would recommend them to everyone!”

“Every time I get an EOB from Pets Best I wonder if it’s worth keeping at all. I purchased what I assumed was good insurance, Wellness and Accident and Illness, $250 deductible and 90 percent reimbursement. But I just spent over $500 at the vets office, without the $170 I’m going to have to spend on a preventative, only to get back $150 as the maximum payout and nothing went to my deductible. I’m paying an arm and a leg at the vets office and throwing $70 a month into the void to get pocket change in return every time I submit a claim, if that. And on top of that pre-existing conditions aren’t covered, which 90 percent of dogs adopted from shelters have.”

“The process of signing up was very easy and the website provided a very thorough explanation on what was include and not included within each package. First wellness visit claim went through in a few days. So far so good with Pets Best.”
