My latest claim was processed very quickly. I get timely emails informing me of what's going on with the claim. The website is quick and easy to use. I am very pleased with this Insurance Plan.

Pets Best have always been extremely helpful, whether there was a problem with a claim or just a simple question I had, they always make me feel like they truly have the best interest!

I have submitted a few claims and they have all been handled timely and paid out when that applied. I called once and was greeted well and my questions were answered. I’m very happy with this pet insurance.

I find that the reimbursement process takes too long. The amount I pay monthly for insurance through Pet's Best does not seem worth it given the minimal reimbursement I receive when I file a claim. Your company, like many others, does not appear to be compensating clients fairly. I'm canceling my insurance with your company.

I am very impressed. My dog had an emergency hospital visit and I was shocked with the amount of help I received. I am so happy with this insurance and it has helped me so much. No words can describe how thankful I am.

We insured our new puppy through Pets Best. Unfortunately, she got Parvo shortly after we adopted her. This is a potentially life-threatening condition requiring intensive care. We had to hospitalize her. Total bill came to $4k. Pets Best processed our claim within 3 weeks, approving almost everything, and reimbursing us once our deductible and copays were met. They direct deposited the funds days after approval. Very smooth and painless process.

Normally I'd rate Pets Best a 5. They covered all my dogs who had very serious health conditions until they crossed the rainbow bridge without dropping us and didn't hike the premium rates for them at the time. However, after they sold out to private equity in 2024 I got a renewal notice for my senior dog that she would get a nearly 100% rate hike due to age. She has hardly any claims and she is very healthy. We have also been customers with multiple pets for years and we have been referring everyone to Pets Best. None of this was considered when they sent that renewal and I firmly believe it is because they sold to private equity and no longer care about providing good affordable insurance to pets nor supporting long standing customers. We are now looking into switching to Trupanion because our pups don't have pre existing conditions, or very few. Trupanion through Chewy CarePlus is not only much cheaper, by about 30%, but they also cover so much more. They also don't raise rates due to age nor claims made. Because of this we are also moving our very young and healthy puppy. We are also no longer referring anyone to Pets Best and have warned all our friends and family of the upcoming rate hike. Many of whom are now looking into leaving Pets Best as well. The only thing that will keep us with Pets Best is if Trupanion returns with a laundry list of pre-existing conditions for my senior dog. My puppy is for sure switching over. They have lost a customer whom has stated historically that they were a life long customer because of how beneficial Pets Best has been and whom has referred dozens of friends, family, and online strangers to sign up.

I have been so happy with how quickly my claims have been processed. I uploaded my vet receipt on the 23rd and received confirmation of my claim being processed on the 24th. I was amazed.

Pets Best for both of our dogs has done exactly what they said they would do for both our dogs- no hastle. Our last dog was very sick at the end of his life, and they did exactly what they said they would do- no trauma from insurance after the death of our beloved dog.

We've enjoyed using Pets Best for years. Great service, easy to use website, transparent and simplified pricing. Our only reason for giving it 4/5 stars is the poorly designed app is always glitching. Either logging us out continuously or not letting us submit claims due to app error. Not a huge make or break, just frustrating.

After getting a new dog and talking to other friends about pet insurance, the majority agreed that I should go with Pets Best and I did. I couldn’t be happier with my decision based on what I’m discovering about the services provided and how easy it’s all been working with these people. The coverage is great (I choose the type of coverage I want) reimbursements are quick and easy to file, I would give 5-stars but Mobile app is a bit finicky at times but computer/web based application has worked all the time so far. If you’re in the market for Pet Insurance I can say from my experience so far, it’s been a great company to deal with and easy to file claims and speak with a real person if needed.

I have been completely satisfied with Pets Best insurance for our Bella (who is deceased). I started this pet insurance policy in February 2023. After Bella had to be euthanized I got Lola or our new puppy a few weeks later. So I signed up for a policy for Lola. I highly recommend covering your furry family member to this insurance. It has been a blessing and it is the “only” pet insurance policy I will ever use. Thank you ‼️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

It took a little longer than expected for the claim to be paid, but it was to be expected since this was my pet's first claim and they had to reach out to two vets for records. Overall, the process went quite smooth and I am happy with the process (and results)

I was disappointed with my most recent claims. I kept getting emails stating you were waiting on records. When you didn't receive them, rather than contacting me, you just closed the claims. It literally took me 10 minutes to get the records and upload them.

This insurance is pretty trash. The most important things it should pay for it doesn’t(flea/tick, immunizations, heartworm). It’s a waste of money and I will be cancelling my policy very soon!

The coverage is good and the price also reflects a good value. However it does seem to take a long time to process claims if that is something that is important to the consumer.
