“I love PetsBest! Have been with them for a few years and while yes, there are occasionally some weird things they don’t fully cover, and they don’t cover preventative treatment which sucks, overall I like them! As the owner of a tiny Yorkie who gets into EVERYTHING from chocolate to weed to advil liquigel capsules (list goes on and I swear I’m a good dog mom), it brings me so much relief to know we are covered and that I can always say yes to what the ER presents as a “conservative treatment” without worrying about finances. For context, I just submitted a $1300 emergency claim and got back $1K (and my deductible is $200). $100 out of my pocket for a 6+ hour ER stay is more than fine with me, and I’ve already made back what I spent on my annual premium.”

“I’ve only made one claim but so far it seems good. Abby has another appointment on Friday so we’ll see how it works that time. It did take two tries because I didn’t realize the list of services with the prices and a $0 total wasn’t the receipt. I had to check the app to figure out that I’d sent the wrong paper.”

“Pets Best was the best decision I made for my senior rescue cat, DeeDee. DeeDee struggled with a range of health issues from arthritis, to pancreatitis, to ultimately kidney failure... Pets Best made all her medications and treatments possible for us. Claims were returned in a timely manner, and explained in a straight forward way. I never had an issue with coverage or claims not being payed out correctly. I recommended Pets Best to many friends throughout my time using them. I always showed them how easy it was to just take a picture of your Vet Bill Receipt and boom, the claim is done. I hope the Pets Best team knows they are doing great things for Pet Owners. Best insurance company I've ever dealt with. I left only due to DeeDee's passing at 15 1/2 years old, covered for all 6 1/2 years I had her through Pets Best. Thank you again. I will use this service in the future.”
