“Love the service, flexibility, affordability and convenience. It's such a comfort to have pet insurance but it is expensive. I really appreciate the flexibility to tweak deductibles and coverage to keep it manageable on a budget.”

“We had an expensive Vet Bill for our dog. We met our deductible with this visit, so after submitting the claim, we received reimbursement within 10 total days! Pets Best has been a life saver in keeping cost down with our dogs chronic allergies & skin issues!”

“We have had PetsBest insurance for about a year and a half. We are extremely grateful we chose PetsBest because their coverage is extensive and they are fantastic at getting claims processed. One of our K9's had an ACL tear and they quickly reimbursed us for his surgery and follow-up X-rays. We chose both accident and wellness and PetsBest just reimbursed us for our K9's annual vaccinations! Recently they added direct payments to Care Credit which makes the process all that much easier. Thank you PetsBest for great care and service!”

“Pets Best has been fabulous. Caring helpful customer service. Easy to submit a claim through their app with payment deposited in my account in a couple weeks. In Aug my dog developed PLE and spent 8 days in WSU Vet school small animal hospital under the care of a fabulous IMS. They saved his life. Without pet insurance we may not have been able to afford all the excellent care and treatment he received. They have paid and continue to pay all tests, Vet visits,blood work and prescriptions related to his illness. I totally recommend Pets Best to assure your pet always gets the best care it needs.”

“We got our new pup in November and were given a complimentary month of pet insurance through a different vendor by our vet. I began shopping around as the cost to continue that plan was going to be cost prohibitive. I came across Pets Best through our insurance company. My plan was to get the coverage for emergencies… just in case. I was pleasantly surprised with the affordability of a Health Prevention policy as well so I purchased both. Almost all of our first new puppy appointment was covered…the wellness exam and the vaccine! I paid $4.60 out of pocket, and the amount covered exceeded my monthly payment for the insurance! Submitting my claim was easy and it was completed in less than a week! I definitely recommend Pets Best!”
