“They normally pay out well but sometimes I think the people reviewing the claims have zero brains in their heads. I’ve had to call several times because they did things wrong on a claim like saying my dogs had parasites just because they had a fecal test done. They also won’t cover a teeth cleaning for my dog because he’s never had one so there’s no proof of them ever having one simply because he had to get teeth extracted.”

“As always, PetsBest was quick, accurate and thorough getting my payment to me after my dog’s cancer claim. They have been a lifesaver through his treatment, as I don’t know if I could continue his treatments without knowing they have my back.”

“I never seen a company give me such a hard time submitting my invoice, I was told I would be 100 percent covered when I applied for my insurance, I was only covered for 49 dollars on a 313 dollar bill, I'm very disappointed. I need an explanation on this. I'm thinking about canceling my policy if I don't have my veterinarian bill fully remembursed”

“Pets Best insurance is the best pet insurance I have ever had. I discontinued three other companies. They always review claims promptly and reimburse in a short period of time. I have four dogs and I wouldn’t be without my pet insurance!”
