“I have had nothing but a good experience with Pets Best. Submitting claims is super easy electronically and claims are reviewed and settled quickly. The claims review is fair and transparent and exactly as the policy states, with no hassles. I like having benefits automatically deposited to my bank account. Most importantly, I know my pup will always be able to get the care she needs. I have also used the expert on call on several occasions when I didn't know if my pup required a vet visit or not and got good advice to help me make a decision.”

“I've had both my English Springers with Pets Best for six years. Unfortunately my Sally has been treated for cancer for over two years. I can't say enough of the service and care that Pets Best has provided her and me. I submit my vet invoices online, and the repayment is in my checking account within days, you can't find better service. You have to get Pets Best.”

“Communication with them is excellent. Emails always coming quickly. Lets us know our new claim was received and updates to let us know the status of our claim. Explanations of coverage and reimbursements always explained and always a very quick responses to our questions.”
