“Nice top I got it t,o go with my phase eight cream trousers which it does. However it is ok for the reduced price I paid but I don't think I would have paid full price for it. It is as it is seen online and a good fit but not worn or washed it yet”

“Had issues with a failed delivery for collection in store. Staff at the Meadowhall store were very helpful and sorted out a refund , sadly customer service not so good , giving misleading information regarding failed delivery refund. Reordered and dress delivered to my home address successfully!”

“The dress is lovely and the length is great for me being only 5ft. I've knocked a star off in the rating due to the condition the dress arrived in - a very small bag and the dress was so badly creased. Not what I expect from Phase 8!! Consequently returned this dress and re-ordered through a Phase 8 store - which arrived minus all the creases.”

“I like Phase Eight clothes but at 5ft 2” am finding their Petite range dresses still too long. Hence 4 star review. Service and communication is very good.”

“Loved what I purchased. One star was lost for the packaging, my hat arrived on a very wet day and the box was soaked, maybe the hat could be wrapped in some sort of waterproof material for more protection. I managed to nip out of work to pick it up otherwise the hat could have been ruined.”
