“I ordered this online, when it didn’t arrive I tried to contact customer service. Absolutely impossible to get any help. After much frustration and wasted time waiting I got to speak to a real person. She arranged a refund and a 15%discount code. Fantastic went to reorder the bracelet only to find there’s already a15% sitewide discount (so effectively no good will gesture ) and I need to pay £3.95 again for delivery, so as I’d already paid delivery for the original bracelet I don’t feel like paying it again after all the frustration and disappointment at the Phase Eight customer service. Extremely poor and definitely had changed my confidence in buying online from them again.”

“it was ripped with a security tag attached so it was returned ordered it again and got the same dress back! emailed customer service asking for my delivery and refund charges to be returned to me no reply as yet”

“I had already bought the dress and wanted the jacket. It was true to size, as was the dress. So often this isn't the case, particularly around the middle. Delivery was quick. Very happy with my purchase”
