“Delivery never arrived, it sat at a depot for 2 weeks before being returned to retailer and I needed the outfit for a wedding. Lesson to Phase 8 don't use Evri as your delivery service. Will not be buying from this company again.”

“The dress had loose threads showing on seams, peplum was seamed at the front of the dress, it was wide enough for seams to be at sides. some uneven stitching on the peplum, wobbily instead of straight lines and slight gathering instead of flat. Zip not evenly sewn, can see weakness in fabric around seam between zip and linen. I expected quality for £180. I have to wear it tomorrow”
