“Would have given 5 but the linen items arrived very creased as only in plastic bags. I'm aware linen creases and presumably Phase 8 know this so shod have had some tissue in packaging. I spent over an hour ironing out the creases in both skirt and blouse. Deliver but Evri excellent as always”

“Phase eight is my go to when I’m looking for something a little smarter or an occasion outfit. Sometimes a little more expensive than I’d like to be paying but rarely disappointed with style and quality. I find it more difficult to shop in stores due to mobility issues so using online store is useful. Items generally arrive quickly and I have never encountered an issue with returning items. A trusted store I feel.”
