“Ordered online & used a gift voucher which was a very straightforward process. I opted to collect at my local store. Staff were really helpful. Item came beautifully prepackaged and I had the option of trying on there and then instead of going home and potentially having to return it. Great customer service.”

The dress was much longer than my knees and would look silly with boots so ended up wearing flat shoes as it was too late to get something else. I orderded a dress similar in black but same problem and sent that back”
