“Phase Eight kept me informed about the coat I wanted to try which was out of stock for quite a while. I had tried two other sizes and had to return them due to wrong fit, the return process was straight forward”

“Was awful I ordered a petite length size 12!I am 5ft 4 inch the length was at least 3 inch to long who ever made this garment I don’t know who they model it on , this was not the usual size and finish that phase 8 do, this had totally put me off from ordering anything else,”

“This is a great dress to wear and perfect for a party. It is comfortable and stylish, looks great on. I wore it to an evening wedding party and felt fabulous. It also irons well on a cool setting, maybe use a cotton cloth or handkerchief if feeling nervous about ironing it.”

“The merchandise arrived quite quickly in totally inappropriate packaging. A small paper bag much too tiny for a dress and jacket. Should have been in a box with tissue paper. Was this because the merchandise was reduced? The carrier damaged the parcel in transit and was very difficult to repair for the return.”
