“I placed an order with Picframes for a made to order frame size. The frame arrived & I cut the poster that I had purchased specifically to go in the frame to fit in a stairwell. When we then tried to hang the picture we found out that the frame would not fit as it been made to the wrong size! This was very annoying as i now have a frame that doesn't fit 7 a poster cut to this size! Despite sending 3 emails to the company I still haven't had a response nearly a week later! I won't be using this company again as the customer service appears to be nonexistent!”

“Perfect fit (against my measurements), good quality and excellent price for the 'cheap, but valuable' simple Poster I have mounted it it. Mike Berry was also quick to sort out an error they had made, so all good - see photo of a Poster of an Aussie Ghost Gum tree now on the wall in my kitchen.”

“The frame is perfect , I love it . My print from a local artist looks amazing in it . Thankyou Picframes for a professional service , it was even delivered bang on time which to an offshore Island isn’t always a guarantee. Thankyou Picframes xx”

“I ordered 5 solid oak frames, 2 with mounts. Customer Services responded quickly to a query I had and the frames arrived in around 2 weeks. They were well packaged and we're very happy with the quality of the frames - both the wood used and the make, they're perfect. We'll definitely be ordering more.”

“Ordered custom made frame which was very easy to do on website item arrived a week later. Was kept informed throughout the process and happy with my frame. The only point I will make is after I ordered I received an email saying some server was down and my order hadn’t been processed and if I still wanted it to reorder. I thought this strange as I had an order number and confirmation so I ignored this. My item arrived as normal without having to get back in touch so wasn’t sure what that was about!!!”
