They sent the wrong order. I have been in contact through 'chat' for a number of days but no response has been forthcoming from 'management'. I have emailed, no response. I have phoned the prescribed number but no one answers.

Ordered an in stock item on the 4th of Feb. Received an email on the 10th of Feb, saying we have printed your order.

Very poor quality for the price - should have gone to cheap store instead - extraordinary wasteful packaging - - delivery not very swift either

Really disappointed - the joints of the frame aren't lined up correctly - called to ask to speak to customer services and was assured contact would be made - I've heard nothing in email or via telephone. What a waste of money. I was also informed that as these frames are made to order there is no return.

Both picture frames arrived damaged, I’ve tried to contact them via email, social media and phone for this issue but have had no response

I wouldn't buy from here again, everything was self-assemble, it didn't fit the picture it said it would AND there were no return details.

Avoid, gave them my measurements and they made the mount wrong. Had to pay twice to get it done correctly in the end

The frames were not of the quality I was expecting, especially for the money I paid. You present yourself as providing a premium product. 1) The inserts/mounts/backing board on one frame are if anything slightly too small for the wooden frame itself, whilst on the second frame they are too large - the plastic cannot sit flush against the front of the frame because it is too tight. 2) One piece of acid-free paper backing, for which I paid extra, seems to be two shades, as though it's from the end of a roll or otherwise poor quality. 3) The packaging included sticky tape, which was stuck straight onto the frame - this could not be removed without damaging the mdf backing. 4) One of the frames has a hairline crack several inches long.

They cut the apertures in my mounts 5 mm less than I had ordered - and then said it was my fault!

So my madero measure frames arrived, packaged really well, no damage on arrival…. When trying to put the acrylic in the frame it was too tight on inspection, the acrylic wasn’t square and There was even a notch in it so it was never going to fight the frame, it cracked on trying to push it in as the acrylic is flexible, not allowed for tolerances soo disappointed a frame without a front although the print fits perfectly, !

Condition of received frames damaged with a 30ml dent and 200ml crack in facing wood. Non of the three frames contained hanging fixtures, as advertised and no recommended acid free backing paper paid extra for. Frames very flimsy soft wood. Worse is the non communication from the company who have ignored emails and telephone calls to rectify these problems. One star given for prompt service paid extra for. Please contact me. Browser to upload images not working!

I can't review it as it hasn't arrived yet, the latest missive said that it was ready and awaiting collection by the carriers, that was nearly a week ago.

I don't normally write reviews but feel I need to share my experience of purchasing from PicFrames. I recently purchased a large oak frame for a print. I wasn't sure how to size it correctly so spoke to them directly. I told the chap the size of the poster and he explained what I needed and I ordered the frame. I was amazed to see what they made as it bore no relation to what I was expecting. The frame itself is cheap and the border was nothing like the colour advertised on the website. The sizing which they assured me was exactly what I needed was wrong. The internal dimensions of the border are larger than the external dimensions of the print. They also sent two small screws and some cord to hang it buy which certainly won't work on a frame of this size. So basically I've wasted over £150 as its useless for my needs. I realise mistakes and misunderstandings happen and I'm sure it could have been sorted out amicably however both of my emails have been ignored which, after reading some of the reviews doesn't come as a surprise. Had I read the reviews initially and discovered that 30% were negative I'd never have used this company. I've another 7 prints of this particular set requiring framing and shall certainly take them elsewhere when we are out of the lockdown. If you're waiting for a frame from them I hope you have a better experience than Ive had.

Iv sent three emails to you and you have not acknowledged any of them I was hoping to use you again but I don’t think I will. I use a lot of picture frames and had no trouble till now please read my emails and acknowledge them please.

Having previously ordered picture mounts from Picframes without problem, I am very disappointed with the level of customer service associated with my current order. I selected and paid for backing sheets to go with three corresponding mounts. The backing sheets were omitted from the package. I emailed Picframes to point this out. Nathan responded to the effect that my order didn’t include backing sheets. I therefore emailed a copy of my order which refers specifically to them. This message has been ignored. So I’ve been overcharged and have no backing sheets. Of even more significance to me is the inference that I would attempt to cheat this company by falsely claiming that I have ordered something for which I haven’t paid. This is both insulting and offensive. The lack of response also appears to indicate that they care nothing about their customers and have at best a casual relationship with honesty and integrity. All in all a very poor show. I doubt I shall use them again unless they resolve this issue.

When the frame arrived it was broken. It is not possible to contact the company via telephone and am still waiting for a response to confirm a refund will be arranged. Will definitely not be ordering again.

I ordered a picture frame for a watercolour painting. The frame came which was ok but the special backing paper which I had ordered was not included. I sent an email but had no response. Disappointed as I have had a few picture frames made by this company and thought that I had found my go to picture framing service as I paint a lot of pictures!! Maybe they were really busy pre xmas, but no excuse really.
