Hi, it's crazy to ask me to review this site, as my first order came out poorly cut and left quality control without being noticed at least 3 out of 4 cuts were off line. I have not yet received the replacement, the fact that I am on a deadline has not been catered for. The robotic request shows up something here, about being in touch with your customers, which clearly you are not, asking for a review in this situation is a red flag to a bull. Please complete your requirements with quality, before asking to be praised, If I am ever satisfied by your company I may wish to say so, but at present I am not. So a little premature and ill considered. But that's the hands off automatic business model you wish to pursue. Doesn't really meet the requirements, does it? Don't blame me for my reply, as it is your request for my thoughts at this time which is so oximoronic, and of course the lack of quality in the first instance. This robot message has not even got my name JUST "" I suppose you do not wish for real reviews to have real peoples names attached to them. John Albury

Zero out of 5 so far as I am still waiting for my order 5 days after they claim to have dispatched it. And no reply yet to my email asking them why I have not received it and why their courier has not contacted me. Very disappointed to date. Hoping that will change.

Excellent customer services. The frames are well made, with lots of choice and packaged well. When issues arise the staff are very quick to rectify. Many thanks.

I had a frame custom made, which turned up scratched and stained. They offered a replacement, which turned up and showed even more marks than the first one. They kindly refunded the frame, as it was not suitable to frame my art work at all. They did say they would have a strong word with the production team but I have now gone to my local framer to get a frame made. Might cost more money but at least I'll have a frame in good condition.

Order shipped on a Wednesday, paid extra for 24 hour delivery. Friday 10am was told that the order had been misplaced by the courier and that there was nothing they could do except delivery on the Saturday (72 hours) or Monday (120 hours). Emailed them 4 times during the day to try to chase but was ignored. Office closed at 4pm so no news until Monday. No idea what’s going on as no one will reply or answer. No discount or refund offered. Order was urgent, hence why upgraded my delivery. What’s the point in paying more to get it even later? My order is with picframes, not DHL. If their courier let them down then they have to take ownership. Shame on picframes for ignoring customers.

Wrong colour mount came on my frame and the material of the actual frame was a bit cheap

To be quite honest I am not impressed with the quality of your frames. Of the three I ordered, the two white had very bad mitred corners, leaving about 1/2mm gap on inside corners. The hardboard backings were not cut with a completely smooth edge (each edge not cut through properly which made them difficult to remove and replace in the frames)

The margins on the matting were not what was ordered they were out by 2 or 3 mm which is enough to mis-frame the picture, which is an old map on an irregularly cut page. The order was 40x45x45x45. I received 42x48x48x48.

I did not receive all the goods that I ordered - six items were missing and no explanation was provided. I emailed to complain two days ago but so far have had no response to my email. This is very poor order processing and customer service.

DO NOT USE - No delivery, excuse after unbelievable excuse. I ordered 4 frames on Monday 30th July on a 5 day turnaround and next day delivery, the order was for £266 as 2 of the frames were pretty large. 5 days came and went, nothing, no frames, no emails telling me there was a delay and no dispatch notification. Day 6 I emailed for an update and get told due to staff illness my frames would be Wed/Thurs the following week. OK, these things happen, it would have been nice to have been told, but at least I would still have time to frame my pictures ready for an exhibition on Saturday 11th August. Come Thursday, nothing, no delivery, no emails so once again I chase. This time I get a reply on Friday telling me that Yodal didn't collect. I requested a pre 10am delivery for Saturday or a refund, I get told no chance of a pre 10am Saturday delivery but they would refund, no chance of making my exhibition on Saturday now. 17 mins later I requested a Monday delivery as I wanted the frames for my office after the exhibition only to be told the boxes had been opened, the frames dismantled and they would now have to order more frames in to remake my order. Picframes.co.uk are a company that can not make my frames in 10 days despite stating on their website its 5 days, but they can un-box and dismantle 4 frames in 17 minutes, unbelievable. What a waste of time, I'd suggest anyone who wants to use Picframes.co.uk, don't. Go to your local framers, it's where I'm going once I get my refund.

I ordered a frame from this site almost a month ago and I'm still yet to receive it. I've since been emailed twice with information stating that it is on its way and this has simply not been the case. My experience has been an extremely poor one.

very slow service, took a week to arrive after paying extra for express delivery. When I emailed them about this they passed the blame on the courier.

Received broken frame and without the hanging fixtures. I tried to contact the company by first sending email to customer service and also through the online form; however no replies. I tried to call at least 15 times, but always went through a ring, then recorded message but human picked up and there was no option to leave a message. I am extremely unsatisfied and now preparing documents for "small claims court"

I have used this company before and it worked well. However on this occasion the picture frame never arrived. Courier said we weren't in so couldn't deliver (but I was home all day) I can't reschedule as the courier has a different address to the one the company gave them and I should contact the company. I am unable to get in touch with the company. You phone and get an automated response then get cut off. Email via company website doesn't work. I have emailed but no response.

Ordered a double mount. The lower one was not cut correctly. Sent photos, company agreed they were not correct. Promised a replacement, didn’t arrive. I wouldn’t order anything again from them, not good service or product. Total Wast of money, now will have to go to another company to get a mount made properly. In my opinion, not made to professional standards.

The packaging was lovely but not even necessary as there was no glass window.So what was the point of ALL THAT protective packaging for just wooden frames & no glass? The frames came without a glass! Unbelievable that I would get a frame without a glass window for that amount.Had wantef 3 frames but ordered 1 just to check out your product,would have ordered 2 more if I was happy with what I got.Good thing I didn't,thank goodness I have now purchased 2 lovely frames with window glass from Amazon;same size but with glass windows,for almost half your price too! Would have returned it but it would be too much bother because I'm home recovering from surgery. Very dissappointed.
