Hello Sam, I hope you like your new frames. I am sorry the first batch was damaged by a heavy-handed Delivery driver. But we do all I am sure know that they are under exceptional pressure too. Kind Regards Mike

I am sorry to say ti's was a complete waste of money. The sizes were incorrect with the frame being produced in mm's instead of inches.

Trying to get an update on order placed on 24th November. 1 item delivered and remaining 6 still outstanding. Your website says queries resolved in under an hour and next day deliveries but not being informed why my order has not been dispatched even though it has been nearly 3 weeks now. I need to know when this will be delivered as they are Christmas gifts. I cannot get through on phone and my emails to your customer services are being ignored. I need to know if you will be able to fulfill my order, if not please arrange for the money that you have already taken to be returned.

Not sure whats happened to PicFrames? Despite reading all the negative reviews, just to test the water I ordered one frame, and was absolutely thrilled with it, the communication was brilliant throughout and my frame and mount arrived well packaged and exactly as I wanted. So I ordered another three frames - one of the frames arrived damaged, and despite emailing PicFrames twice have still had no response - you cannot contact this company by phone. The other two frames are not nearly as good as the first order and I have had to sand the frames to smooth the rough edges. Sadly not a company I would use again.

So I ordered a couple frames from here, I got the notification that my parcel had been delivered while I was at work. Got home and.... no parcel, paper anything. Emailed asking about it and I was sent a photo of the parcel left in full view 4 hours before I got home from work, so I emailed back and I’m now being ignored. So I’ve paid nearly £60 for something I haven’t received and my emails are being ignored. Not really much I can recommend if I’m honest

Hello, Post your review you emailed us to note the glazing was blue. As explained the glazing has a blue protective film on both sides that needs to be removed and then the glazing will become perfectly clear. I am glad you have found the sticker explaining this. Regards Mike

On 30.5.20 I ordered a frame , the money was deducted from my account , the invoice emailed to me , but no frame has arrived and no email replied to ( no-one is answering the phone and so it is impossible to speak to a person ) HELP

Frames delivered to wrong address, I made mistake with measurements, was never queried although obvious what I had done, out £21, no frames, no response from my email

I placed an order with Picframes for a made to order frame size. The frame arrived & I cut the poster that I had purchased specifically to go in the frame to fit in a stairwell. When we then tried to hang the picture we found out that the frame would not fit as it been made to the wrong size! This was very annoying as i now have a frame that doesn't fit 7 a poster cut to this size! Despite sending 3 emails to the company I still haven't had a response nearly a week later! I won't be using this company again as the customer service appears to be nonexistent!

Long wait, wrong sized frame sent, poor quality splintered wood, no response on phone or email. Couldn’t be worse really.

Poor customer service, late delivery, however email said it will come on time, again very poor customer service waiting for answer 2 days, no order summary paper in the package.

Order placed, money taken from bank account, no confirmation email or products received and phone calls unanswered. Avoid this website at all costs.

Never received my order. Ordered on the 15th of May, today is 28th June. Not a bad website, I am just very disappointed.

I'm still waiting for two frames and mounts ordered 20 days ago. I emailed a week ago to see when they'd arrive as the website says 7 days. No response 8 days on. They aren't taking calls which isn't great either. I received a DHL text to say they'd be delivered today then a second text to say they've not received consignment fro sender. So I'm quite concerned as I've spent over £80. Just an acknowledgment of my email would have been good.

Hi, it's crazy to ask me to review this site, as my first order came out poorly cut and left quality control without being noticed at least 3 out of 4 cuts were off line. I have not yet received the replacement, the fact that I am on a deadline has not been catered for. The robotic request shows up something here, about being in touch with your customers, which clearly you are not, asking for a review in this situation is a red flag to a bull. Please complete your requirements with quality, before asking to be praised, If I am ever satisfied by your company I may wish to say so, but at present I am not. So a little premature and ill considered. But that's the hands off automatic business model you wish to pursue. Doesn't really meet the requirements, does it? Don't blame me for my reply, as it is your request for my thoughts at this time which is so oximoronic, and of course the lack of quality in the first instance. This robot message has not even got my name JUST "" I suppose you do not wish for real reviews to have real peoples names attached to them. John Albury
