"On the face of it the offer is certainly in line with similar suppliers but for my needs there is a greater range of natural oak frames. I like the fact that the backs are MDF and a hanging kit is included FOC. In addition the first order wins a significant discount on following orders so the service is very good value. \r\nThe quality of the oak frame is very good with tight joints and consistent grain quality throughout. My white mount came with a blemish - these things happen but I think it's important to flag this because of the way Pic Frames dealt with the issue. A replacement mount was immediately dispatched and I received it 24 hrs later ensuring I could still deliver the framed print on time. Great service and great quality. I will use them again.\r\nJust to qualify the delivery time - I placed the order during the Christmas holiday and the site was clear on the day production would recommence so I mew what to expect."
