“The mounts were generally good, a couple of small dents on corners but they were thankfully hidden by the frame. The mounts were sandwiched between two pieces of cardboard but that was then bouncing within a much bigger box without any padding, hence the dents.”

“The moulding I want, good service. But always disappointed by the mount. I like the picture high in the fame and always specify a few mm less at the top a few more at the bottom. But it always comes back the same measure all round.”

“The ordering process was straightforward and the sizes were correct. I ordered a frame and mount for a large (20" x 30") picture and the measurements need to be quite accuracte for this as any error is quite obvious. The picture only just fitted within the border mount so I would suggest allowing another couple of mm. The acrylic material seems to attract the dust and other particles when assembling so it was difficult to get a good clean assembly. I tried a microfibre cloth and vacuum cleaner but it is very difficult to get completely clean ! I think glass would provide a better result.The smaller picture was much easier to handle though. The frame construction was adequate but the larger frame (costing >£60) seemed a little on the 'lightweight' side compared to what I was expecting. I guess the acrylic and lightweight frames make it safer and cheaper to send through the post so it is a reasonable compromise.”

“I ordered 3 custom made picture mounts. They arrived very quickly, fitted the frames and pictures perfectly and were of a high quality. The only negative was that the website led me to believe that they would include backing boards and fixtures as standard, however these were not included. Still, would use again”

“Exactly as I ordered- great service without having to take the print out of the house. Cheapest I could find online for the size of my print, good quality, decent strength backing board (on some websites it wasn't clear whether backing board was included). Well protected.”

“Frames was in good condition and all measurements were accurate. I like how the resizing of the frame makes the frame bigger and not the hole smaller. Instructions on how to put the frame together would have been helpful.”

“Delivered very quickly and in great condition. However one frame fell apart due to it being too thin, but when I called the company, the guy was very helpful and explained why it happened and offered to replace it in a slightly wider size to avoid the same problem. And it arrived in 2 days all free. Great customer service!”
