“Ordered 3 identical frames. Two were excellent, the third had joint gaps. Emailed with photos and a replacement will be sent with no quibbles. Great service, excellent prices.”

“The frame is exactly as I ordered and looks great. However the packaging had obviously been opened by someone with the staples ripped open at one end then the package badly closed with tape. The inner package had been opened at one corner.”

“I found the website really easy to use, after years finally got to put up some favourite prints properly mounted and in frames. They are now on the wall so we can enjoy them. I had a mixed order of different sized frames, some with mounts and some without. Unfortunately the order was sent with one of the mounts missing, but when I spoke to customer services they were very helpful. There was no quibble about this and the missing mount was sent out the very next day. I have used this company before and will definitely going back to them in the future.”

“My frame arrived sooner than the date given which was lovely. Outer edges were quite rough and required gentle sanding to remove sharp areas. Frame was a perfect fit for my print. Guidance as to how far down the rear sides of the frame to attach the 'D' rings would have been useful as it took two attempts to position them so that the string did not appear above the frame when hung onto the hook I had fixed into the wall. The oak effect looks smart and the tape I'd bought was not needed.”
