“Very pleased with quality of frame, perfect fit for print. I was slightly sceptical about having acrylic instead of glass, but can't tell the difference. The frame was well packed and arrived within a week. I would definitely use again.”

“I ordered samples and while two were out of stock, I was kindly sent a similar frame as a replacement. If not for that, it would have been a "very good" rating. Excellent customer service, friendly helpful staff, and lovely frames. Will definitely be using this company in future.”

“Very fast and efficient service. the frame fitted perfectly and was easy to handle, once it was unpacked. I had two problems: 1) Getting into the packaging. Is it really necessary t use massive staples that need actual tools to remove? 2) Finding a start to the green cover over the 'glass' and endup having to use a knife to score it in the corner, risking marking the glass. That problem could be avoided if the cover was to overhang the glass by just a millimeter on one side. Otherwise everything was fine, thank you for fast service.”

“Chose Picframes over some other sites as they had better visuals on what the frame would look like and a good choice of frames. Prices competitive. Frames were delayed due to waiting for some stock for one but once I chased they came the very next day. Again a small issue was dealt with really quickly and efficiently and the frames all look amazing and of good quality. They make it clear on the site to phone them if you need things quickly or are not sure of anything and I recommend you do that as they are really helpful. I will definitely be using them again. Thanks”

“Really happy with the frames, however 2 of them have a black fleck inside the glass that I couldn't wipe off, and the large frame I ordered has a minor dent on the side of it. Otherwise they look great.”

“Very easy to place order online, I checked a few details by phone, was told the current delivery time (6 days) which they kept to exactly. Sadly the frame was damage in shipping, but on explaining this, it was replaced free of charge in 48 hours. Pretty impressive. I recommend Picframes for price and service. Chris London”

“Easy to use website (viewing frames online is never going to be perfect but there is sufficient information to make an informed decision). The delivery times were easy to adjust once the item was despatched (good courier selection) and the packaging was snug and not wasteful - just enough protection. Frames fit perfectly and can't complain about the quality - the option to size the inserts / mounts meant that the prints could be mounted quite easily and the finish looks professional. Will be ordering more again. One observation is that the "glass" is actually plastic and - there is enough protection in transit to prevent scratching & the weight is kept down (when hanging) but just something to be aware of. Will be looking to see if I can get the proper glass next time. M”
