“I'm very pleased with my custom made frames and mounts. They are good quality, and look smart on the wall. They were well packaged with all the necessary accessories. There was a delay in their arrival, probably due to Easter bank holidays. When I emailed the company to confirm that my frame had been dispatched I didn't receive a reply.”

“Well packaged and quick delivery, slight mark to top corner of frame but was easily removed with glass cleaner, perfect cut and dimensions of frame and mount though.”

“We were happy with the quality of our picture frame, but the wood was a little lighter than we thought it was going to be, I suppose that is the problem when you just see it online. We had to chase as it was delivered after the stated time, there was a reasonable excuse, but no contact letting us know.”

“Very satisfied with the service, although I did measure the print an extra 3cm so that the title would be included but it wasn't, even though they reduce the mount by 2.5mm. the 3cm was more than enough to allow the title to be included. Overall a good job was done by them”

“Picture frames look attractive and are well made. I ordered three and they came promptly. I had an issue with one due to having a unusual proportioned poster size- very wide but short meant a lot of flexibility in the frame. This has been rectified by a replacement which was offered straight away, so I didn't have to figure out how to make it work which was a relief. Good customer service and I would definitely buy again from here.”

“I'm happy with the mounts and I've ordered 4 double ones from you recently. the only trouble I'm finding is that when they arrive they are all fractionally bigger than the measurements I've given you so I've had to cut each one down individually (which was a bit of a pain as each one was a double mount). Overall I'm happy with the product and now the mounts are the correct size, they look super - thank you! (I would have given 'very good' if this hadn't been the case).”

“I was very happy with PicFrames website, where I ordered custom-made frames. The frames are very well made and exactly like I wanted them. Only one small observation: I was never contacted for the delivery (as I had been told I would have) so I did not get my order until 5 days after it had been delivered to the concierge.”

“The frame was cheap compared to other sites but appears solid and serviceable. The packing was well thought through and delivery service provided good information - appreciated as it was free P&P. The mount is well cut and everything as I expected. My only criticism of the service was that the choice of frames was limited compared to similar sites, however, I found something I was happy with.”
