“Website easy to use. Packaging very good and does a very good job of protecting the product. The Frame itself is good quality and specifically made for my needs. For me I would have liked glass not acrylic, I didn't see this as an option,”

“Nice easy ordering and quick delivery. Only got notice that the product was being delivered the following day at 7.30pm so not much notice to re arrange if you are working. But a good priced nice looking product, I have rated this as good rate he than very good because the sides of the frame are a different colour to the front which makes it look a little cheap and is unclear when ordering online. But frame fits perfectly and overall very happy.”

“All arrived but sadly I may have put in the mount sizes in the wrong order. Hopefully Picframes will rectify this for me and send me a correct sized mount.”

“The frames look good, and are accurate. The back of the frame looks rather cheap with little black metal clips. I know that no one sees that. I'm thinking of covering them up with brown tape, the way a professional framer would.”

“Frame and delivery very good. Only the lack of the 1 hour slot delivery text and the bevel edge mount let down the service with all corners over cut on the view side on two mounts. Would have been very good rather than good without this.”

“Frames perfect and good packaging. Very speedy service and easy to use website. Only problem was the delivery company. Took three attempts and several telephone calls to get the delivery. Have had similar problems with city link delivery in the past.”

“Goods arrived quickly and were well packaged. Have used Picframes before and will not doubt use them again when the need arises. Love the facility on the web site to upload the image and to build your frame with the mounts so you can see what the finished product will look like before you buy.”

“This is the second time I have ordered from the company. Delivery service was excellent and kept me informed of when to expect the frame. I was not quite so pleased with my frame this time, as a corner was standing a bit proud. Also I think that for value for money the oak frames I chose last time were better. However, once my husband had varnished the frame with a clear matt varnish, it looked more expensive. I felt the making of the frame had been rushed. On a positive note, each time I have consulted the company on the phone for extra help, it has been given in detail and very clearly.”

“Would have gotten 5 stars but not all the frames were flawless - there was an obvous dent in the front of one of them which should have been spotted in quality control as it is glaringly obvious to me each time i look at it. Bit disapponted by that, but cant be bothered with the bother of packaging and returning. Otherwise, ecellent packaging, speed of delivery, website and reasonable cost. Have used before and will use again.”

Hi julie, I have just read your review. We don't require you to send back the frame with the dent we will just send you a new one if you let me know which one. We work with a no fuss policy and am sorry this occurred. It's not like us to miss something. Kind regards Mike barrow

“The frame was excellent. However I was upset about the delivery as it just turned up whilst I was out and left by the side of the house. I was told I would get an email telling me the delivery date and time but did not receive this. The frame was exposed to the weather and could easily have been damaged or stolen.”

“Excellent choice of frame styles, well made, promptly delivered. Would have liked option of non-reflective glass, but acrylic makes more sense for postal / courier delivery.”
