“The frames are lovely, at very easy to use - good quality at a reasonable price. The postage was held up for a couple of weeks due to the couriers, hopefully this can be resolved in the future. Great framing company.”

“The frame came later than expected and I was quite disappointed with that but I suppose it was down to the courier. The quality of the frame is amazing and I am really really happy with it and this has made up for the fact that it was delivered late.”

“I am pleased with the frame. Just what I wanted. I've been all round London looking for a ready made size. Unfortunately the size of the canvas is not standard. Then i searched online to discover could work to custom size at a reasonable time. Must say the initial impression of delivery time was misleading though. I wanted a frame I could colour to suit my painting and the natural wood the frame came in suited that just fine. The cost was just right.”

“Frames themselves are lovely but I had no idea the first order had gone through as no confirmation email so ended up ordering again and have two now! Also had no idea when they were arriving and certainly had nothing from the courier. I wish companies would use Royal Mail as so much better! However, the frames are very well made, and look fabulous so I am glad I have two!!”

“On line ordering is easy to use, turnaround is quick. I did a have a quality problem with my frame but they had a replacement to me the next day. The frame is exactly as I expected and I'm pleased with it.”

“Easy to use web site and well priced items together with good communication and quick delivery. The products themselves were slightly off top notch hence the "Good" rating. I chose white frames and they have a slight gap on the out side edge of each join - larger in some cases - and this does detract from the look of the finished frames.”

“The website was fairly easy to follow , but we didn't receive any text or e-mail notifying of delivery date as promised and another with the hour of delivery. Luckily we were in and got frame okay. Really pleased with the end result.”

“It was a real find discovering this company. I had spent hours wandering around Birmingham looking for the right sized frame without success then I stumbled upon this website and had the frame made to my specification within minutes. My only concern was that I had no emails from the messenger service and it was only by luck that I happened to be at home when they delivered. This was ironic as the cost of postage was the only expensive aspect of the service. However, I would certainly use this company again.”

“I had wanted to find a site that allowed you options to choose frame type etc and PicFrames was just easy and fun to use. A nice touch was the ability to upload an image of the picture destined for the chosen frame. On arrival the quality was good and I'm happy with PicFrames. Next time I need a frame i'll visit the site again. Recommended.”

“Very easy to order and really liked the way I could order the exact measurements that I needed. The delivery was excellent. I was given the day of delivery day early on and on the morning I was given the time it would be delivered within an hour It was on time”

“The accuracy of frame manufacture is good. The speed of manufacture is also good. Communications regarding delivery are excellent. My latest order was for a natural oak finished frame. The quality of the timber is however not good, one side has unsightly black grain - if three sides can be of good quality, why can't the fourth be selected to match? If I had time, I would have returned it.”

“First class oak frames & first class service. the product deserves 5 stars. Deducted 1 star due to the state of the packaging the 2xlarger frames arrived in, (the frames were sliding in & out of a completely open ended badly damaged box). Suggest a review of the carrier used.”
