“Frame was made quick, good quality wood,made perfectly to fit, complemented the picture well. Just a slight mark across the acrylic glazing, but you can't notice it much unless it's at a lighted angle.”

“My frame was easy to design and order online and it arrived in good time but was warped (probably because it was a large, thin frame - over a metre wide). I reported the problem and quickly got a response that they would send a replacement and would use a thicker frame at no extra cost. I got no response to further emails but when I rang up the issue was handled well and I now have my new frame which is very attractive and I am very pleased with it. The price was good - just over half the price quoted by a local frame maker. However I'd be careful about ordering a frame of this size in the future.”

“Really pleased with the frame and mount. Was worried about buying without having seen the frames first but I was surprised by the quality. Was also worried about it not being glass but the material used is great for my daughters room. Overall very pleased and will probably buy another one!”

“Very good, but was a bit disappointed that the frame was a different colour gold that was shown on the site. Just to let you know too, that when it arrived, the packaging was torn and had obviously been bashed about, despite the markings of 'Fragile' on the box. Luckily the frame was okay when I opened it. Overall, I am very pleased with it except I may paint the frame to tone down the gold colour a bit.”

“In all my years as a painter this is the best, most helpful, efficient, imaginative and co-operative framing service I have encountered. In the past - as well as sadly in the present - artists find themselves dealing with what seems to be deliberate indifference from framers, as if they the framers are demeaning themselves by bothering to put frames around your 'rubbish'....- not with PicFrames. All you get is help, guidance and efficiency. Used to waiting weeks if not months for your picture to be framed? Not any more. Mike Barrow and his team will even review your order by phone and e-mail to make sure everything is as you want it before despatch - and as for despatch - my latest batch of frames to fit a series of 2' x 2' works, with mounts and non reflective glass - arrived four days from design and order. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. If they have a Facebook page ai shall endorse them there as well. Terence Brady”

“Purchased a silver frame with mount insert made to specific dimensions.very fast delivery and good options if you work 9-5 to go to a nearby depot and collect.on the expensive side when you consider it's just a picture frame but when you have awkward art then this is a cheaper option than going to a local framer.”

“I ordered two 10x8 plain wooden frames, and a fancier, larger, silver/gold one. The fancy one is perfect, couldn't be better, and well worth the cost. But the two more ordinary ones are just that - a bit unfinished-looking and rough. For the money, you can get nicer standard-sized frames in the shops. Maybe I will stain and varnish them to make them look better. However, the service and packaging was great”

“A good service, easy instructions on the web page. I did have to chase to see when the frames would be ready and was advised they would come the next day. Given notice of time frame for delivery and they arrived on the dot. Missing two brass ring fittings and the brown tape I ordered.”
