“Good service, but packing was damaged by carrier, it would be a good idea to put plastic corners on the frame to protect it from damage, there was slight damage on corner of my frame, very annoying, this has happened before with other suppliers of frames. the position I have hung the frame means anyone who didnt know it was there would never notice, I couldnt be faffed sending it back. Nice frame though, but pack them better!”

“I only needed mounts as opposed to full frames but they were accurate, well made, protectively packaged and the whole thing was turned around very quickly.”

“The mounts I ordered were cut precise to my measurements whilst one or two of the backboards seemed to be cut from left over material (brown paper tape on one example) The packaging was very adequate and, the whole sent very quickly. Just to mention, I have cut many mounts over the past twenty odd years and always allowed for a larger mount area at the bottom for the eye's sake. This I believe is standard for any decent framer. Also, your mount sizes seem to be too minimal for the image.”

“A well-made, bespoke frame, complete with fittings, was delivered quickly and securely, at a price it would be hard to match. The fact that is was supplied with blue-tinted acrylic glazing could have been a problem but, fortunately, the poster I was framing is predominantly blue.”

“site easy to use and explained exactly how to measure picture for what you wanted. Easy to order and emails along the way with progress and when to expect delivery. The delivery company emailed with a time slot to expect it to arrive which was good. The frame itself is lovely and email to explain exactly how to mount picture properly. The drawing my daughter did looks fantastic! Very pleased and would use again.”

“The frame is a really good quality and the finish is great and overall this would have scored a 5 but for having to create the mounting holes myself. This was particularly hard and I ended up stripping the screw heads in the process and even then not quite getting the screws fully home. A minor change at your end would make you outstanding.”
