“Second purchase from Picframes. We bought two frames, the first was the same as our other order and is well made and sturdy, the second, a very lightweight frame is pretty flimsy and, it transpires, too narrow for the hook that comes with it. When I attached it, it overhung the frame and when I moved it nearer the edge, the frame split. Not all that impressed with this one TBH, the others are great”

“The frame and mount were excellent and the website very clear about ensuring you get the right size etc. The only thing that is annoying is that Parcelforce is the delivery method. They are very sketchy, no option to leave in a safe place and very hard to change the delivery date. There are other better delivery services I think. But I want to stress that the finished product from Picframes is good.”

“The frame was good and true to size and the colour was as specified. I didn’t use the acrylic glass as I prefer real glass so I would have liked the option when ordering. I shall get glass cut to size. The fixings weren’t great so I will use my own.”

“The frame was exactly what I wanted, a good service and I would have given 5 stars but delivery time was quite long. However I would certainly recommend Picframes.”

“I found the frame and mount planning tool really easy on the website, and this worked really well as my pictures fit perfectly. The frames arrived on time. I felt the colour was more like a really dark blue rather than dark grey, but it still looks good on the wall. I will use the website again!”

“The frame was beautifully made and my pictures look fantastic. The back edge of the frame was damaged and it looks as if it happened while being made. As you can't see it I decided not to send it back. I have ordered from you before and all the frames were in perfect condition.”

“We love the frames they are always good quality. Little disappointed with the delivery of the frames as there was no text or email to say they had been delivered and when I got home they were sat on my front door step for anyone to steal and in the pouring rain. The boxes were completely disintegrating luckily the frames were bubble wrapped enough they hadn't got wet. They could easily have got wet or been stolen.”

“Hi. Took about three weeks from order for frame delivery to occur. Build quality okay, and frames as per the order. I did think the glass would be glass, it’s perspex. But after film removal and hanging you cannae tell. Please overall and have saved around 40% on cost of local frame maker. Neil”

“I ordered four multi-frames and a single frame, and found the quality of the frames and fittings to be good. Packing is excellent. The mounts openings were all too small, a result, I think, of contradictory instructions on the website. It then took some time to get though on the phone. The contact page on the website did work not because the security step had expired. I did get through eventually; my call was treated rather brusquely but to be fair, replacement mounts were dispatched and received within two days, so in the end, I now have all the photographs mounted in smart frames.”
