“Frames arrived within a couple of days of ordering, quicker than expected. They were made to a good standard, perfect size, just a little bit rough (they were oak frames) on the inside edges. Would definitely use again.”

“Very pleased with the frames, they are of a good quality and look the part. The packaging, however, wasn't the best and the courier had to re-pack the one item (well done Yodel). Not sure if the frames would have arrived in good condition without this? I will order frames again, but improve the packaging please.”

“Very pleased with the quality of the alternative frame when it arrived but disappointed that until I contacted customer service to query why my order had not arrived by the eighth working day to be told the style selected was out of stock. The service advisor was apologetic and offered any other frame style even if more costly which I accepted and this arrived quickly.”

“I ordered two frames and the whole process of putting in sizes, selecting the various frame types and colours and being able to upload an image of what was going to be displayed in them so that I could see what the finished article would look like was excellent. The turnaround time was also very good with them being ready for delivery within a week and when they arrived (and more on that in a moment) they were excellently packaged. Now for the delivery... the only negative that I have (which prevented my "Good" from being a "Very Good") was that although my order appears to fall within the guidelines for receiving a 1 hour time frame, for delivery, I did not receive any notification from the delivery company what so ever - neither a date nor a time. They simply turned up one day when luckily my partner was working from home so was in to receive them and as it rained that day, I wonder whether the package would simply have been left in my back garden to get wet if she hadn't been.”

“Great work, very clean, the frame is exactely at the dimensions I ordered. However the box was a bit strange (that's why I just put 4 stars only), more bigger than the frame and there were holes because of this so big empty space. The frame was totally stucked at the center inside so it was ok, but all this empty space all around weakened the box, despite the "fragile" tape all around delivery men are not very carefull.”

“The service from pic frames was good and prompt. Unfortunately the carrier Parcelforce was another matter. Received text messages re delivery slots etc as promised but then they delivered at a completely different time meaning I missed them. Then they said parcel had been delivered tra local post office but when I went to collect it they had not dropped it off. All in all Parcelforce let pic frames down by their poor service”

“Frame and multi aperture mount were just what I wanted. Lost one star because the despatch was a bit slow compared to other frame companies I’ve used. To be fair, I was aware of the longer time when I placed the order. The delivery company claimed not to have enough information to deliver the parcel and it didn’t arrive on the day it should have done. The parcel was correctly addressed and arrived without a problem the next day.”
