“The frames were high quality and well priced. However the backing board and acrylic glaze sections could have been cut more accurately as they needed some force to fit into the frame. All in all a good experience and will be buying again”

“Good quality frames which arrived in good time. Only downside is the delivery - I was given a window of a one hour slot and left work in time to be there for it only to find the parcel had already been left outside my house, in plain view of the street.”

“Good value, not the best quality ever but reasonable and sizing was exactly as ordered. Pity they don't attach the fixings for you, but overall my pictures look great in the new frame!”

“Quickly turned around an order for me - really helpful and frame quality is good. One small bit of feedback - the join gaps at each corner could easily be rectified with some white filler, or whatever colour matches the frame. My other framers do this and it makes all the difference but takes only a couple of minutes. Aside from that - all good :)”

“Lovely frames, the only thing was I put my exact size picture in when ordering and they said the mount would be so many mm over but this barely barely covers it, so we had a bit of a problem.”

“Happy with product. Delivery could have been quicker. Not happy with courier. Package was left at back door while I had been away for a few days. Luckily weather was ok and it wasn't damaged before it was found.”

“Simple order sequence online to cover all bases and provide great choice of frames. No delays in receiving the frames. I was expecting frames to be a fraction larger than my measured size, but they are tight to my mounted pictures which made it a little awkward to fit past the frame clips. Still I would use Picframes again.”

“The wood is beautiful, not perfectly smooth but that could be because I choose the Flat faced oak frame which is less expensive. It is good value though. I am not very practical and the fixings come separately, I hope I can do that right. Service was good.”

“The frame and mounts are very well made. Score would have been higher but there was a delay in delivery for reasons that were not communicated to us until I sent an email enquiring why item had not been delivered at the expected date.”
