“Really pleased with my custom frame, the print looks great and I'll be ordering more. The only thing I would add is instructions on how to attach the hanging string to the back of the frame”

“Of the Four orededt. One...a narrower thinner frame is quite warped therefore doesn't sit flush against the wall (& no it's not the wall) Apart from that I'm impressed with this company and liked the website.”

“Everything to do with the ordering process was very clear and easy to follow. Email communications were also very clear. I ordered a frame with mount and also a separate multi-aperture mount. Everything was fine apart from the backing board for the frame which was very rough and uneven around the edges. I even had to trim off some bits myself to get it back into place. It looked as if something had gone wrong with the cutting process and it had not been done cleanly. I was impressed by the care taken to package things securely - everything was so well wrapped and protected it took me quite some time to get everything unwrapped!”

“Really happy with the options available, frame quality, speed of service, and delivery. But I deducted a star because the packaging was huge, a bit over the top and unnecessary. I think something could be done to make it more environmentally friendly. There was a giant box, with an extra structure inside, plus bubble wrap.”

“Very flexible ordering, though you have to be mega careful with calculating size of borders. Some help with that would be useful. Mounts delivered on time and well packaged to ensure delivery in perfect condition.”

“Web site easy to use. Delivery very fast. A bit disappointed at having to sort the string out at the back. I thought it would have had the option of being free standing. Maybe I did not read the instructions properly. I will certainly use the service again and recommend to others.”
