“Love the frame. Was a bit difficult to tell the colour from the website, but it is great. The finish is very good avd the corner joins are prefect. Fits perfectly”

“Took about a month for delivery due to Covid, and the larger white one had two small chips in it which happened after the painting of the frame but before wrapping as it was under bubble wrap. Other than that they were great.”

“I have been impressed with their service. The frames and mounts were made exactly as requested and extremely well packaged. Because I took out insurance, I was able to reorder mounts which were wider at no extra cost. The cost was very competitive, too. Just a bit disappointed that we are unable to communicate by phone ATM.”

“The frame is really well made. I like the thickness of the frame and the spacing segments between the picture and the glass, this gives the frame a bespoke look compared to standard high-street frames. Unfortunately, the packaging for shipping is not as robust as it should be. My frame came dented on one corner, so I had to paint it to conceal the damage.”

“Good quality product and service. Packaging was effective as the outer cardboard parts were damaged by the delivery firm. You need to accurate when measuring your picture as the mount is only just oversized.”

“The website offers a great system for designing your own bespoke picture frame, with options on the type of wood, the profile of the frame, size, mount boards etc. Quick and easy to use. Finished product arrived within a decent amount of time and is well-made. My only reservation with the finished product is that on 3 sides of the frame the wood grain is very similar, whilst on the fourth it doesn't 'match'. This is a gift for a 50th wedding anniversary so I am probably being very picky, but I might have chosen a different bit of wood had I been making the frame myself. It doesn't detract from the overall look though, which is one of good quality. DHL delivered to the wrong house and didn't even knock on the door, just dumped the rather battered package outside. Luckily I have decent neighbours who brought it round.”
