“Have used PicFrames several times and am happy with the end product and the good communication. I also appreciate that they have cut down the amount of plastic used in thei packaging but would really appreciate a plastic-free parcel if possible.”

“Lovely frame and good quality. I was disappointed that it was perspex rather than glass but i should have looked at the faq's on the website. Overall, pleased with purchase.”

“Very efficient product information, easy to order and well packed for protection. The product was as described and the measurements 100% correct. The only shortcoming was the long delivery time, even allowing for Covid.”

“I'm very happy with the frames. I would have given a very good rating, however due to Covid 19 and the issues that brought wit it, I was a little stressed out with the time it took for the frames to arrive. However, I will make sure I place my order in plenty of time in the future. I'm an artist and these frames compliment my work perfectly.”

“Very good job! Easy to order & arrived carefully packed in good time. Quality frames perfectly measured to fit my 3 pictures. Would have been 5 stars but for rough cut back board and just one imperfect corner. Overall, very pleased and would definitely recommend and use again! Thank you so much!”

“Very happy to have found this company - the frame is great quality and at almost half of what it would have cost to have my item professionally framed is also great value. My only feedback would be that the backing and hanging mechanism are cheaper quality than what you would get with professional framers but at the price I guess that's to be expected. Will use again!”

“The gilt was a little brassy for my taste so with some some fine sandpaper and soft gold paint I eased the colour back. Just a personal. The frame took an age to come!”

“Great service and product is faultless. Really great quality. Only improvements would be to reduce the amount of packaging (came in a huge box), and also add some paper backing tape tape to cover the metal tags on the back of ther frame once you have inserted the pictures.”

“Overall very happy with the service and product received from PicFrames, the only reason I didn't give a 5 out of 5 is that I feel their communication could have been a little better. Before ordering I sent them a query but received no reply, time was short so had to bite the bullet and make the order based on the good reviews I've read, I received a few non-personal automated emails detailing the progress of my order but feel I was ignored when I reached out to them for advice. However I'm glad this didn't put me off but others might feel different.”

“Remarkably swift turnaround compared to similar outfits. Quality is also decent for the cost - not amazing, but better than anticipated. Certainly when compared to the cost of alternative frame providers, it was fantastic value for money. The website is slick, easy to use and simple to understand. Communication from the point of order to the point of delivery was great and much appreciated. My only gripe is that the frame came without rear mounts or hanging accessories, but that is a small price to pay. I would absolutely certainly use the service again and would happily recommend it to others.”

“Good quality and lots of choice, very happy with the final product. Postage was a bit expensive considering the delay though. Thorough protective packaging but perspex wasn't flat, it was bent against some of the metal clips - no real damage done but it should have been packed properly. Overall good though and would use again.”
