“Nicely made frame, thanks. There was a fault - a cut - in the wood of one frame. Not bad enough to return, though. Suprised about the grey colour on GR02 which is rather beige - creamy in tone. Different from what we expected. Now I want to order some more of the same but unfortunately 'order again' on the website seems to create something a bit random, certainly not what was shown as the previous order. A bit frustrating really.”

“Really nice frame but I got the impression on the website that the mounts allowed for an overlap. The overlap was not big enough but I got around that by sticking the photos to a backing sheet so it looks good.”

“Due to the current situation they frames that I chose were not available for the time frame I needed but a similar frame was offered instead and arrived in time. I would definitely use this company again for any of my framing needs.”

“Excellent quality, and my picture fits perfectly. It looks fabulous, and the person I gave it to as a present was very happy with it. It arrived the day I needed it, so that was a bit touch and go - hence the 4 star review. Quality is 5* and I would definitely recommend Picframes, just make sure you place the order earlier rather than later. That being said, under the current circumstances (and that it's made to order) it really is a fantastic service. They give regular updates at every stage of the process, which is really reassuring. Thank you!”

“Quick, bespoke frame, made to order for an non standard size frame. Our poster looks ace in it! The only issue is the white surround is more cream than white but it still looks good.”
