“Delivery time took longer than expected. Otherwise good service, the frame was nice, but a little expensive for the quality!”

“Great frame, sturdy and good quality. My only issue is that the frame is not tight leaving a gap along the top where you can see the card window underneath. Could you send me fasteners your help resolve the issue?”

“Only drawback was it wasn’t obvious that the front ‘glass’ had a protective coating and we very nearly disguarded it thinking we would have to get glass cut. Could there be an obvious corner tab that would make it easier to remove? Otherwise very pleased with the service Company kept be advised on progress by e mail at all times.”

“I am very happy with the frame but was a little disappointed at the length of time it took to arrive. When I enquired I was told it had been re made as the first one was rejected. An e mail informing me of this would have been appreciated.”

“Frames took a while to arrive but under current circumstances I can't complain about that too much. However, quite noticeable damage to one of the frames, which clearly happened before it was packaged, was really not acceptable, so I sent an email of complaint asking what could be done about it - several days later I still have not received a reply to that email. I was surprised today to receive a replacement frame which I was unaware was on it's way - so I think perhaps communication could be better. Ultimately we have all 3 frames as ordered and we are very happy with them.”

“Well made frame with a perfect size for my print. The silver paint was a little fragile. It does not stand too much handling without flaking off. Otherwise great.”

“Good communication regarding the progress of the order. Product arrived as described and we'll packaged. Just one suggestion, maybe some information could be provided about the best way to hang the picture i.e where to position the hooks and how to utilise the cork pads. Notwithstanding that the product was absolutely fine. Took slightly longer to arrive than expected but appreciate these are unprecedented times”

“Really good company. Good quality frames. Well packaged. Only issue I have had is not receiving acknowledgement to email queries. I know the phone service has not been manned during the coronavirus pandemic and customers are asked to contact via email. But it is a painful experience getting acknowledgement of any queries. If this were corrected there would be no complaints to an otherwise competent and efficient service.”

“Easy ordering process, despite the number of options that can be selected. There’s even a preview of the finished result, if you take a photo of your print, so that you can see what it’ll look like. The overall build and delivery timelines are not instant, like we’ve all grown use to expecting when ordering off-the-shelf items, but you have to understand that these are bespoke and quality can take a while. Overall very pleased with the result and would recommend to others.”

“Good quality frames at exceptional prices. Only downside, it took over 3weeks for dispatch, luckily I didn't need them in a rush. I would certainly order from them again.”
