“I was a little disappointed with the frame as the wood hadn’t been painted on the reverse. The paint from the front had dribbled to the back, whilst this won’t show when the picture is hanging I felt it made it look cheap. The clips used to hold the picture in place were not easy to release. Once the picture was fitted & hung it did look fine. I felt it was rather expensive for the quality.”

“Make it relatively easy to select frames for your pics/photos with helpful site functionality. Keep you updated on progess and items received quite quickly and as expected. Fair prices adn the quality was good when I received my two frames. I would use again.”

“Generally I’m really pleased with the frame. It was good value for money and exactly what I hoped for. It could have been packaged better as it seemed to be rattling around a bit in the box. One of the corners had pulled apart marginally which I think was due to the way it was packaged. However overall I pleased.”

“A flexible online design system that worked well, resulting in a good-looking and high quality frame that displays my image at its best. Arrived on time and in good condition. Thank you. I would give 'very good' rating if you removed all single use plastics from the packaging - polythene bubble wrap for example .”

“Prompt and exact on sizing. Slight concern over flimsiness of quite a large frame - perspex kept slipping out of wooden surround because of its flexibility. But it held together enough to hang!”

“Standard frames such as mine should have the option of a single, centred metal ‘tooth’ for hanging on nails (flat against a wall) - rather than the traditional fixings and cord, which are less useful for smaller / children’s pictures.”

“I ordered 3 custom multi print frames and they arrived the following week which was great. However each of the frames had minor scratches and chips on each corner and 1 of the mounts wasn’t symmetrical. I emailed the company straight away including photos and received a prompt reply apologising for the problems. As I required the frames for a project i needed to push forward with the company agreed a partial refund which I was happy with (the damage was mainly on the thin part of each join) and a replacement mount was sent out. Obviously not ideal to receive frames not perfect but the company was very efficient dealing with the issue and resolving the matter.”

“Frame is good and I am happy, but sadly I made a bad choice with the mount. Is it possible to exchange?? Delivery was spot on and very quick. Frame was well packaged. I would recommend.”
