“Price, quality, packaging and delivery all very good with one exception. On delivery there is a tendency for the mount to be caught in places by the steel retainers - risking damage to the mount. I have experienced this with several frames but fortunately there has been no damage yet. Therefore, four rather than five stars.”

“Would be 5 stars, but we felt a little out of the loop when our custom frame and mount were being made - we had no timescale to work with, just a 'let's wait and see when we hear from them again'. When it all arrived, we were pleased with the standard and how easy everything fit together. The mounts we received had to be put in a certain way for both sets of holes to line up, had us worried for a minute that the holes were all wrong! Once we rotated one of the mounts 180degs we found everything fit into place. Our 10 small pictures look great now on the wall. Thanks!”

“I bought 3 custom-built frames. Good quality looked just the like the images and at a competitive price. Only down side was one of the frames had a crack at the front which may have been caused by the delivery.”

“Good quality frames made from solid wood at half the price quoted from a professional framer. We had some relatively inexpensive watercolour paintings which didn't warrant spending a fortune on for frames, so this was a great budget option.”

“Ordered three mounts to fit inside some existing frames - arrived well packaged - good quality items. The only slight negative was that the brown tape ordered at the same time wasn't in the parcel and so is having to come out by separate cover.”

“High quality reasonable price dead reliable. Only reason I have not given them 5 stars is that I never do this on principle. Every body always has some room for improvement even if, as in this case, it is very litte”

“No problems with this company, except I had to ask how to fix the hooks as they were different to the hooks I have bought before. However this question was dealt with promptly. The frame was very light which suggests that it was not glass but plastic. I am quite happy with my purchase.”

“I had been searching for a frame with a mount for four photos with different orientations and came across the Picframes website. I am very pleased with the resulting frame and mount, so much so that I have ordered another frame for two certificates for the charity I work for.”
