"What a disgrace! Ordered flowers for my mother and what was sent was disappointing, embarrassing and quite frankly an absolute con. I emailed the company and was told that after being reviewed they were deemed as fine. Please look at the photos of what I ordered compared to what we received. I even paid £10 extra for the larger bunch! Couldn’t got better for £5 in a petrol garage"

"What an experience with Prestige Flowers — and not in a good way.

I paid over £40 including p&p for what was advertised as a beautiful, abundant bouquet. What arrived, however, was a tiny, underwhelming bunch that genuinely looked like it had been picked up from a petrol station on the way home — and not even a good one. It bore very little resemblance to the lush, full arrangements shown on the website.

When I complained, I was advised to carefully follow the care instructions so the bouquet could “grow.” I can only assume they thought it was going to explode into life and magically transform into the huge display shown on their website. Unfortunately, the only way that would happen is if someone actually PUT MORE FLOWERS IN.

After I sent clear photos highlighting the difference between the advertised images and what I received, I was told it was “within their guidelines” and that several members of staff and management had reviewed it and agreed it was correct. Reassuring to know multiple people can look at something so underwhelming and unanimously decide that’s worth over £40.

I was even advised to contact my bank for a chargeback — while being told they would dispute it. Helpful.

For comparison, I went to a local florist and, for just £3 more, received a genuinely huge, beautiful arrangement that actually looked like it was worth the money.

If you enjoy paying premium prices for budget-looking bouquets and being told they might grow into something better, this could be the company for you. Otherwise, I’d strongly recommend spending your money locally instead."

"Paid £38 for a September bouquet, which was sent by royal mail and delivered on time.
The bouquet was not worth the money with half the blooms of the advertised and photos over all very disappointing. Would have got better for £10 in tesco.
Certainly wouldn't use again. They supposedly have a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee, but that means nothing. Contacted customer service and was told I got what I payed for. ( photos were provided). One of advertised bouquet one of what was received."

"Awful company, wish I had seen all these reviews. I ordered Mother’s Day flowers, large bouquet (first picture is what I was expecting) some of the flowers were dead, looked nothing like the picture. Contacted prestige flowers, awful customer service. They offered me £15.00 credit on my next purchase….NEVER AGAIN! Going through my credit card to dispute and get full payment. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!’"
