“After a purchase they blast you with multiple sales emails and apparently they don’t pay attention when you “unsubscribe”. I’ve unsubscribed multiple times and got another email yet again. So, if you want to get blasted with emails from a business that won’t listen, purchase from Play it Koi.”

“The plants were below standard. Roots were separated from water lettuce on all but two. Hyacinths were tiny and yellow ! Informed Play it Koi. The response was dismissive. Would never purchase plants from Play It Koi again if it were the last source on earth.”

“I never received the package even though FedEx said it was delivered. I started a case file with them. They are the worst shipper I have ever dealt with and would never use them. This is not the first time they screwed up a delivery. They normally deliver to Sherman Avenue when it should be Sherman Place. If that is the only shipping service you use I will not be other anything from you. Thank you.”

“Not well. Your new customer coupon offer is a poorly designed bait-and-switch, even if that's not the intent. I tried to take advantage of it and the email link didn't work. When I asked you to apply it, I got some long-winded excuse for why it wouldn't apply/help, rather than someone simply applying it. Then, my order (my FIRST, and last order) got screwed up, and I had to invest MORE of my time to help you fix your mistake. I was not impressed with how you handled the new customer coupon, and plan to let no less than 9 other pond friends know that your new customer coupon does not work. Had I known you wouldn't honor your new customer coupon, I would have chosen a different site, where my net cost would have been less. Not impressed. As a retired CEO and former founder of several companies, I know that sometimes you need to just apply the discount, even if the details don't 'fit right', as was the case with my order. Your failure to do so has caused me to lose trust in you and you to lose a new customer - exactly the opposite of what your new customer coupon would have accomplished had you simply honored it. On top of that, I intend to let other pond owners know about my experience.”
