“I called Plumbingforce they appeared within a couple of hours. Spent 2 mins looking at issue. Told me it couldn't be jetwashed they needed another machine. Back the next morning for 1 hour. 2 men. £1500 later I'm not a happy lady...... but then that could just be me!”

“Perry was very competent in the three different plumbing jobs. I had asked for a boiler service when what I needed was a repair. Perry diagnosed the issue and sorted it out, and then replaced a leaking pipe and balanced the mega flow. Efficient, informed and pleasant service. Highly recommended.”

“Came out within timescales and were able to accommodate me having to do the school run. Unfortunately they were unable to fix the problem as it was an installation issue and therefore back to the house builders but they explained everything and were really helpful!”

“Called on 9th September, and plumber came and sorted problem out straight away, after we had asked our local plumber three times, plumbing force were very efficient and also contacted me to tell me result of visit, and the call out invoice I thought for an emergency plumber on a Saturday was very reasonable, would use you again if we had to.”

“Engineer came out to service a boiler, told the tenants that the boiler was unsafe to use due to lack of service and high CO readings. 3 days later still had no contact from the company to let me know this only when the tenants contacted us did we find out. Do not use this company, poor service, terrible communication, expensive and slow. Could not say a good word about them.”

“Very poor. Do not use this company. I called them at 10 this morning and asked for a central heating engineer. Picked a slot between 11 and 2. Was told I would receive a call before that time to advise when engineer coming. Called at 12.30, concerned I had not heard from anyone. Was advised that engineer would call half an hour before arrival time. At 1.30 I got a call to advise that the engineer had been delayed until MONDAY!!! Very poor. Fortunately I had a call back arranged with British Gas, and they are now coming before 6. WASTE OF TIME”

“Phoned at 3pm, 1 hour later a very nice man helped us put old machine in garage ( I helped him) and fitted mums new integrated dishwasher within the hour, overcame door hurdles, took it out mums boot himself and took to kitchen...they even booked with 10% discount for code they suggested when I phoned back.”
