“Attempted a minor toilet repair myself, but managed to break one of the components, so decided to call in a plumber instead. Made the booking mid-morning on a Saturday, got a confirmation call later and the plumber was with us by 1:45pm. Job completed in an hour, efficient and tidy. Very pleased.”

“Very satisfied with this company. I phoned on a Saturday morning with an emergency and was told a plumber would be with me within 2 hours. Sure enough Craig arrived before the 2 hours were up and I was contacted to tell me he was on his way. On arrival he quickly saw what the problem was and reassured me that it could be dealt with without any problem. Within half an hour everything was fixed. I would certainly use this firm again as both the person on the end of the phone and Craig were very pleasant and helpful.”

“Terrible. Waited until the end of the delivery slot after calling the number for an emergency call out. Received no contact from the engineer or the company. Called the company to be told that the engineer was held and would not come today. Concerned as we have already had to hand over payment details, which would not do with hindsight. It is an expensive company and I would expect a reliable service”

“Phill arrived on time. He was professional, friendly and particularly kind. He went the extra mile by explaining exactly what the problem was and how he was going to deal with it. He provided a new central heating clock and took the time to explain how to use it. I would definitely use the company again and would recommend it to others.”

“After trying to get a plumber out to my property to fix a leaky toilet for 6 months, and continually being let down my son suggested Plumbingforce. They were helpful and dealt with the problem promptly and efficiently. No job was too small, they arrived when they said they would and fixed the problem there and then. I can certainly recommend them and will definitely call them first should another problem arise. Thank you lads.”

“Ordered a combination boiler but they fitted a conventional boiler. Extras like radiator valves that were ordered not supplied. Radiators not flushed as agreed. Agreement was to pay half before installation and the other half after satisfactory sign off of the job; they retained my card details and collected the other half without my consent and approval.”

“We called Plumbingforce out due to a blocked toilet and whilst it is not proving an easy job they are going out of their way to help get it fixed. We have already had 2 visits and we have someone else coming out to see us today.”

“We were told on a Friday afternoon our boiler might not be safe by a meter fitter who capped our gas - so no hot baths or cooking. We called Plumbingforce and were really happy with the service. Okay, so they came out after 4 hours instead of the stated 3, but they kept in touch by phone and Aaron turned up, tested everything and gave us the all clear. Great service and most grateful - thank you.”

“Booked an appointment with a timeslot. Just before the period was due to end they called to let me know that "their engineer had been delayed". Fact that I'd taken time off work didn't seem to register.”

“Plumbing Force came out straight away to give me a second opinion and repair quote after another engineer diagnosed a tricky gas leak behind plasterboard in our kitchen. When we booked in the repair, Gary the engineer was a model of efficiency and fixed everything in a timely, unruffled manner - even drilling holes through the exterior brickwork and running pipes neatly along walls both inside and out (the kitchen was left cleaner afterwards than it had been before, I think). I was also pleased by how polite the service was and that everything was clearly explained and checked with me at every stage. I will be using Plumbing Force again for any gas or plumbing related issues.”

“The site assessment visit seemed positive, lots of advice on the possibilities of correcting our plumbing and heating issues. No estimate for works given as was complicated and needed thought and planning. Was told that I would be contacted in a couple of days. Paid my £30, waited for 'quote' . That was 12 days ago. Feel cheated and let down. What exactly did I pay for?”
