“John who attended was courteous and friendly, did the necessary work quickly and made a perfect job of it and comes highly recommended. The service was same day and the plumber came at the time arranged and made a helpful recommendation about action to prevent a future call out Faultless and Friendly”

“The boiler in my rental property went out. The new tenants had a three-week-old baby and no heating or hot water. Plumbing Force said they would have someone out on Friday evening. No show. Promised for Saturday morning. Postponed to Saturday evening. Postponed to Monday morning. Finally showed up Monday evening. Engineer spent 20 mins at the property and just said, "New boiler - £1800!" Extraordinarily poor "emergency" service for which I paid £120!”

“I needed a 'gas safe' plumber the same day as I had to move a gas pipe in a kitchen before I could continue any more works. I rang at 0930 and was given an appointment time of between 1400 and 1700 that day. The plumber duly arrived at 1545 and completed the works within an hour. Excellent all round service.”

“The phone was answered in one ring, the engineer arrived in 20 minutes which was quicker than promised and the issue was sorted promptly, efficiently and the bathroom left neat, clean and tidy.”

“Engineer was very helpful and advised on the correct work required - all completed in good time. The office advised that engineer would be on site between 8-12 - this was actually 13.30 so room for improvement with regards to timing and planning the workload of the engineers.”

“Every time there are bad reviews for this "company" within hours there are 4 or 5 non specific good ones, if you want to know the truth about them look further back, most people only check the first few so do yourself a favour before you loose money and look at the old reviews.”

“I called them out due to a gas leak, person on the phone was very friendly and informative, told me when to expect the engineer and what the cost would be - so no surprises. The engineer was very efficient and helpful and got to the route of the problem. Very good service all in.”

“Rang at 12.12 saying i have a water leak in radiator pipe and after taking my credit card details tell me 1-3 hours. 2 hours later rang again saying the earliest they can do is 10 days later, and then asked me if i wanted to make the booking for 10 days later. Emergency plumbing!! Found a local plumber who charged 50% less and got here in 15 minutes. happy days.”
