“Good service from both the call centre and the engineer. Clear on charges, which were reasonable too even though it was a weekend callout. Gave me a time slot and kept me informed when the engineer was running late.”

“Just smashed my shower door and said it wasn't their fault - they then took money from my account without authorisation! A simply job ending up costing me £1200. Please for your sake don't use them”

“DO not use - they send out some guy that simply has no idea what he is doing, they then request your payment details as a hold before the callout can be put through - additional charges that are completely unauthorised are then taken out of your account! Complete scam NEVER USE THEM!”

“Turned up with in 1 hour of the call being placed. Efficiently identified the issue and understood that it couldn't be fixed straight away. They ordered the part ie the whole circuit board and returned as promised at the agreed time the next day and fixed the problem.”

“Terrible. Rung at 8am for emergency service due to leak. Told someone would be here between 9 and 12. Got a call at 11.30 to say there had been a delay, so to now expect someone between 2 and 6. Another call at 3.45 to say that they couldn't get here until the next day. Completely unacceptable. Completely oblivious to the fact that by keeping us hanging on a string our chances of finding someone else were fast vanishing. I commented that the large banner on their website promises 1-3 hour service. Apparently, I was at fault for not reading the small print of the terms and conditions. Would award zero stars if this was an option”
