“They arrived to do the job within an hour of calling very pleased with the outcome”

“The lady who answered my call was very helpful and arranged the visit from one of your plumbers to be within a very short time. The plumber arrived well within the allocated three hour slot and he rectified the kitchen tap leak but recommended new tap for shower room basin, which was what I expected and in fact I had thought would be the best solution. He helped me chose one on-line through my computer and I shall be collecting it today and be calling you back to come and fit it. Thanks again for you very prompt and kind assistance. I shall recommend your organisation. Regards David Taylor”

“My condensate pump was leaking so PlumbingFarce sent someone out. He took it apart, put it back together and that was that. Put our heating back on - condensate pump was still leaking! Called them to ask for the same plumber to come out and was told we'd be charged again! I couldn't understand why as the initial problem hadn't been fixed! In the end we sorted it out ourselves and low and behold the condensate pump actually needed replacing. I've been attempting to contact them since January to obtain a refund as I don't feel we received the service we paid for and they basically keep copying and pasting the same email to me to say I'm not due a refund. I've given them my telephone number as I'd really like to discuss this with someone but they're not interested. Such a cowboy company, absolutely gutted as I feel we have been robbed”

“I have still not heard back from you I was treated appallingly at Christmas my fire had broken I phoned plumbing force told them there was no instructions on my fire as British Gas had told me hours before when I made the appointment plumbing force told me it's not a problem they can fix it anyway they arrived promptly only to tell me they couldn't fix it as no instructions and charged me 140.00 and when I rang customer service they were rude and more or less told me to forget it I had no money to fix my fire snow on the ground this company is a rip off and I still have not had a reply to my lengthy complaint so here is my review”

“The plumbers are brilliant. They were very efficient and finished all jobs in less time that they estimated. They were thorough and showed a high level of care to complete the jobs. I’ll be calling them again if I needed their service.”

“Fantastic service. They called minutes after I sent a Web enquiry. I couldn't believe they were able to come the same day for a non-emergency. They called 30 mins before they arrived. The engineer was friendly and professional throughout. I was really impressed and would use Plumbingforce again and recommend to others.”

“AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!! Terrible on-site service followed up with even worse customer service. The job was half way done and the engineer left with an unprofessional recommendation. I requested a refund but after several weeks of delayed decision making, I got nothing back. On top of this, the customer service started shouting at me and was extremely rude!”

“Very quick reliable and friendly service from Plumbing Force. We thought we had a problem with our boiler but turns out it was fine. Still received fantastic customer service and even a few lessons on how to work the boiler correctly and whether we needed a service etc. Will be sure to use Plumbing Force again if we need to”
