Fantastic customer service. Fast to respond to my call and explained to me how their service works. They were very professional. I highly recommend Plumbingforce and will not hesitate to call them again if ever a problem appears. Thank you so much for fixing our boiler!

Misinformed and misleading, no indication whatsoever of any hourly rates when was quoted for 'fixed price', argumentative and rude staff

I am ANOTHER unhappy customer !!! Booked a plumber for a burst pipe emergency between 10am and 1pm and NO ONE TURNED UP! I had to re-book for 2pm and 6pm and still NO ONE TURNED UP !! I spoke to someone who claimed to be the customer services manager (MIchelle) who was rude, unhelpful and couldn't care less !!

This company are a bunch of amateurs! The 'Resolutions Manager', Sandra, is rude, unhelpful and definitely needs a day (or five) at Charm School. After I complained about the fact they had made two appointments and kept neither of them, and had nobody available the following day, she promptly told me she was 'cancelling my contract' and refused to give me any further details. She said the MD, Gary Manning, would just laugh at my complaint... Charming encounter!

Scheduling of the appointment was a complete disaster. Called and was promised someone would be there between 10 and 2. At 1pm someone called to say they were delayed and it would be before 6pm. At 5pm someone called to say they couldn't make it today and it would be the following morning giving again a 4 hour window. As I had waited in all day and they had missed two slots I tried to get a more specific time but the lady who called me was particularly unhelpful. She promised the engineer would call 30mins before but he never did. Once someone eventually turned up he was competent and efficient. Shame the same could not be said of the appointment process.

They were personal, efficient and sensitive to my mother's situation. They quickly identified the problem with the boiler, provided a detailed quotation and evidence of what was needed and why. The work was carried out the next day as promised and to a high quality.

They were quick, efficient and sensitive to the situation of my 85yr old mother being given extremely poor service by a different service contractor. Provided evidence of what was needed and a full breakdown of costs.

The engineer was prompt, efficient, friendly and very clear about what he was doing and why. He fixed the problem with the minimum of fuss and no disruption to us.

Very speedy call out, very friendly, honest and knowledgable engineer who was comfortable offering all the possible options and cost implications and was even willing to return on Saturday to finish the job with parts that were unavailable on the day.

The engineer that came out was faultless. He was early, polite, cheerful & knowledgeable. A credit to the company he works for. Plumbingforce as a company is not so great. My appt was initially booked for Saturday 8am-12pm. When no one arrived at 12pm, I called the agency who said the engineer was delayed & will arrive 1pm - 4pm. When no one arrived at 3pm, I called for an update only to be told that I will not get an engineer that day & that I would have to wait until Monday to get my shower fixed. Plumbingforce charge extortionate prices because they can. People need their showers & most will pay to get the problem resolved. As mentioned, the engineer that eventually arrived was great (Daniel). He was extremely helpful & efficient & definitely knew his trade. However, I should have received a refund or at the very least, a discount for being inconvenienced. I could have arranged for another company to do the job during the time I waited (& probably for less money). Plumbingforce did not even offer a sincere apology.

MY CALL WAS ANSWERED STRAIGHT AWAY AND REQUESTED INFORMATION GIVEN BY VERY FRIENDLY OPERATER. MITCH INSTALLED SHOWER HE WAS VERY FRIENDLY CAME BOTH TIMES AT THE AGREED TIME.FITTED SHOWER TESTED AND GAVE US CONCISE INSTRUCTIONS. VERY TIDY WORKMANSHIP. WE ARE VERY PLEASED.

Came quickly and when they said they would. Sorted the problem quickly and thoroughly. Showed me how and why it had occurred and advised how to avoid a repeat. Left the job clean and tidy.

We were given constant updates of when the plumber would be arriving so no time was wasted waiting around. He was polite, helpful and very professional. Based on this experience we would definitely use this service again and recommend to friends and family.

Quick response, he had all the parts. I think the difference was that he took the time to explain things to us - I don't know much about boilers. He could've left me in the dark knowing that if it broke he'd be called out again but actually helped me learn to maintain the system myself.
