I had leaks from both toilets in the house, Sam identified both issues in seconds and set about fixing the problems, he also gave me advice on a problem with our kitchen tap.
I had to call back two days later as one of the toilets was still leaking, Sam came back within a couple of hours and fixed the problem which derived from the first issue.
If I hadn't have had to call back, this would have been a 5/5 review.
