“After being let down by a company who delivered, and then would not disconnect an old gas cooker and install the new one, I done an internet search and found Plumbing Force. There was a little mix up with the installation time, and another date was arranged. The engineer who arrived on time on the new day (I think his name was either Dan, Dave or Don) did not talk much, but he was very dedicated with the instillation, and ensured my new cooker was working well. He even put the old one outside the front of my house. After the initial mix up, I did wonder whether I had made the right choice with Plumbing Force, but having said that, I was very satisfied with the job which was well done with the minimum of fuss or mess.”

“I have used this company when our boiler was having problems. They were quick to respond and they were very knowledgeable as well. They are totally different from other plumbers who I have experienced working with before. I will definitely use them again.”

“I gave full information that we had an Electical central heating and water system, waited in for the engineer to turn up. He worked on the system for 45 minutes to then announce that he was a gas engineer and couldnt fix it because he didnt work on electic”

“Called them Friday lunch time about a sink leak and was told someone would be out sometime between then and 4. Rang at 4:10 as nobody turned up and was told they couldn't get there until Monday 8-12 so went almost 2 days without running water. Monday: arrived at 8:50 and did a great job even replaced washing machine valve without being asked. Friendly worker Martin . No complaints.”

“Please do not ever use this company ever. They will charge you an arm and leg and it's all a lie that they have a very good review. They do not have a good review at all. As a customer. I have had to deal with this disgusting company.There customer service is appaulling and staff are very very rude, shout, unprofessional and have a "don't care attitude". They will charge a riduculous amount and leave you thinking that the repairs were excellent. They wil never put it right either. Trust me please do not use this company.”

“I would rate as zero but that is not available. I have two small children and called them at 12:30 to be told someone would be with me before four. Chased them at 15:39 to be told it would be 17:00. They then called to say someone was on their way, then proceeded to get a call at 17:15 to say it would be Monday which has left no time to call anyone else and the money had already been removed from my account. Needless to say they are not someone I would recommend.”

“We called at 11am Friday 15th September to have a cooker fitted and certified, we were told 1-3 pm then called back to say 3pm-6pm ,at 17.50 we received a call saying the engineer was held up and would not come until 9-1 Saturday morning. we called at 1pm asking what happened where was the Engineer? to be told oh it has been changed to 12-15 pm lol you got it still no show still no Cooker,I would not give this company any stars for customer service and thanks for wasting two days and a days lost wages for work waiting in for a no show.If you can not provide the service dont say you can.”

“I phoned to make an appointment for my gas cooker to be connected & within about 2 hours they arrived. The man was very friendly, chatty & helpful & he cleaned up any mess that he made. I'm very happy with the service i received & will use them next time for sure if i need anything done. Thank you.”

“I rang early this morning. Regarding my mothers toilet she is 96 and uses a zimmer frame. She needs the toilet several times at night, I was told a plumber would attend before 12 I had another call saying they couldn't get there before 12 but would come before 6pm. that was fine I rang again at about 3 to see when they would be there ... yes, they where coming, rang again at 5pm operator would find out... called me back at 5.30 and said they couldn't make it today after all and would have to be in the morning THIS IS NOT GOOD ENOUGH if you cant do it let people know early enough so they have a chance to get someone who can !!!! this is not efficient in this day of mobile communications. I shan't be using them again.”

“Do not book this as an emergency visit unless you want to wait in all day and make endless calls with no clear up to date information. The time has changed with each phone call and we have water pouring through the ceiling. They take a payment off your card at time of booking.”

“Phoned plumbing force this morning to book an engineer to repair a gas pipe in my house, I was given an appointment between 3&6pm. I rushed home from work to break out the concrete screed to expose the pipe as asked, whilst I was waiting there was a phone call from plumbing force saying they could not get an engineer to me today it would have to be re booked for tomorrow between 9&1, that could not guarantee me an early appointment so I could get to work. ABSOLUTELY USELESS, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE UNRELIABLE. STEER CLEAR !!!!!!!!!!!”

“We had water dripping through the kitchen ceiling. They were there in 2 hours, found the leak behind the toilet cistern upstairs. Had to remove the toilet, fixed the leak within two hours. No time was wasted, great positive attitude. Engineer had plenty of experience and was courteous. No more expensive than a "local" plumber. Thanks Andy!”
