“Impressed by the skill and expertise of the engineer sent. The problem was quickly diagnosed, a new part was obtained and fitted with a minimum amount of fuss and without time wasting. Yes, it was a little more expensive, but at least we felt reassured that it was a job professionally well done. Thank you”

“Very prompt arrival, phoned up before hand. Very friendly chatty worker, explained everything that was being done. Thorough job done and worker tested the toilet several times to check for any leaks. Would definitely recommend to others.”

“We needed an emergency heating engineer and that is what we got. The engineer, Chris, arrived within two hours of my initial call and fixed the problem. Chris was polite and pleasant and left the area around the boiler, where he worked, clean and tidy. Quite a high hourly charge but with no local engineer available for a week and having no heating or hot water it was acceptable.”

“I had a water leak behind the kitchen sink but couldn't see it. Ray Kelly turned up when he said he would, found the leak, fixed it and left the place neat and tidy, all with the minimum of fuss. Thanks Ray.”

“The response to our call was very prompt. The engineer diagnosed the problems within 10 minutes, one of which had been unresolved following 2 previous visits from different repair companies. He returned the next working day with the parts and carried out the repairs speedily and efficiently leaving everything tidy. He also identified 2 other problems with the pipework and fixed them as well. We now have a fully working central heating system again - thank you.”
