“On his Saturday day off . . . . Martin gave a terrific service when our shower exploded and we had water everywhere. In a very short time he had installed a new shower for us and we were able to put the water back on. His congenial attitude and problem solving were a credit to your company.”

“Adam was very quick to find the problem in the 10 year old shower, he found where there was what we needed in stock at Screwfix. My husband and I went to collect it whilst Adam had his lunch. When we returned he fitted it, did not leave any mess, was polite and professional. We would certainly use Plumingforce again. The whole operation was very Professional and stress free.”

“I called in the morning, the engineer was here in the agreed time slot that same afternoon. He was courteous, thorough and helped escalate a warranty issue to the manufacturer for resolution. We were grateful that he didn't leave us with a problem but a way ahead and set those wheels in motion. And no additional cost! Many thanks.”

“Having booked an emergency plumber and waited in all day on the promise plumber would attend, we were informed at the last minute that plumber would not attend and we would have to make a normal appointment on the following working day. I suspect the plumber was distracted by the sunny weather. Disappointing.”

“I needed my kitchen sink tap replaced so called Plumbforce. Dave Maxwell arrived on time and i have to say was very professional. He got on with the job at hand, explained what he need to do and even sorted out a few leaks i wasn't aware of (thanks Dave) It was nice to feel comfortable to let him get on with the job...........”

“We discovered a leak under the bathroom floor at 10,30 yesterday morning and after contacting Plumbing Force by phone they explained their charges clearly and had their man at our house within 1 Hour. The plumber they sent was a Mr. D Maxwell. We couldn't have wished for a better person, very amiable and very helpful. The bathroom floor was taken up in sections to find the leak and after finding it the repair was effected and part of the floor replaced. A section had to be left up to allow the area to dry but he made it so that A section could just be popped down and the carpet replaced. I can't speak too highly of Dave Maxwell he is a credit to the company and if we ever have another leak we will certainly call Plumbing Force.”
