“The most unprofessional service that I have ever had the mis-pleasure of dealing with. Initially called and was happy to pay significantly more than local companies as I was guaranteed a call out within 1 to 4hours. At 4pm I received a call saying that no-one could come out until Saturday (48 hours). Far too late in the afternoon to arrange any other company to come out for same day service and Tenant had been waiting all afternoon for the engineer to come. Spoke to Line Manager who clearly couldn't be bothered with my complaint. As I had no other option (due to the lateness of being informed that my guaranteed service had been cancelled) he told me that he would arrange for an engineer to come out on Saturday morning between 8 and 11 but despite having already taken £107 from my account couldn't even guarantee that! Started to come up with excuses including that people want to get back home because it is Good Friday tomorrow. I told him that I wasn't interested in excuses at which point he said he also wasn't interested and then told me he was cancelling the callout and hung up on me - I had neither been rude and had certainly not used any offensive language. Utterly disgusted with this and I am now waiting for my money to be re-funded.”

“My outside overflow pipe had water coming out of it so I suspected my cold water storage tank was not shutting off when full. I called Plumbing force and they said a plumber would be out in three hours. After a couple of hours they called and said he was delayed and that he would arrive in the morning of the next day. The next day they called and said he was delayed again and would be there in the afternoon. Not happy but it wasn't an emergency so decided to wait. Not long after that they called and said the plumber was on his way so that was good. The plumber arrived and he was courteous, efficient and very pleasant to deal with. He figured out my problem and replaced the parts. Not so happy to wait but more than happy with the results so will use them again in the future.”

“Arrived and within 2 mins told me there was nothing he could do. Still charged £102. Subsequent plumber isolated the shower so that it wasn't pouring out water and charged me nothing but came back and fixed at a must cheaper rate. Sorry but I really wouldn't recommend this company.”

“The plumber that visited my property diagnosed the problem with complete confidence within 10 minutes. I should have known at that point that something wasn't right. I was quoted an amount for parts and labour, and advised that half the total amount would need to be paid up front, before any work was carried out. Plumbing force promptly took the payment but when the plumber returned, it was a different person. The second engineer said that the boiler was beyond repair, but still charged me 2 hours labour! When I requested a refund for the first call out fee, due to the engineer giving the wrong information I was rudely refused any money back. The first engineer was in the house for no longer than 10 minutes. I was still charged the full hour's call out fee, and I am still without hearing or got hot water. This is not a good company. They take no responsibility for incompetent staff and are rude and unfriendly over the phone. Do not use this company.”

“Slightly longer to arrive than originally told but once there a very affable chap who fixed our immediate problem, but also made clear underlying issues that might lead to further, more expensive problems down the line. Chap explained the workings of the heating system in good detail and answered my questions very clearly. I have a far better understanding of my system now than I was left with by the original installer. Four stars only because I'm left with the worry of knowing we're going to have to spend a lot on upgrading the system in the medium-term future. Not his fault, of course, but not quite peace of mind, either.”

“The plumber turned up promptly at the time specified very friendly and turned a crisis into a small problem. We had a plumber previous day from insurance company who wouldn't touch it because it was too awkward yet Stuart Brock got straight in and rectified the problem in 30 minutes I know who I will be calling in future for my pluming problems Very professional and very reasonable considering it was a Saturday emergency callout as well. 5 stars all the way.”

“Excellent service. Explained what I needed, and had the confidence that my somewhat garbled explanation had been understood. Was quoted a fair price and the plumber arrived on time, was courteous and polite, did what was required and left the bathroom tidy when he'd finished. High;y recommended.”

“Quick response time for an appointment, good communication for how soon the plumber would arrive, and pleasant call centre service. The plumber was punctual, talked through the problem with me, gave good feedback on what was happening, made sure I was happy with the result and also fixed a loose tap for me as there was time left over on my call time. Overall was friendly and helpful, and I would definitely recommend both plumber and service.”

“Plumbingforce were so easy to deal with, the person on the phone escalated my call swiftly to a manager who quickly understood the repair needed and booked an engineer in that day and the engineer turned up on time and gave me the full range of options and dealt with the repairs quickly and efficiently. I will definatly be using Plumbingforce again.”
