Found service to be very good. Had a problem with our central heating boiler. Engineer arrived and fixed the problem within 2 hours of making the phone call. Would use again.

A plumber arrived within the timeframe specified, work was carried out efficiently, Richard clearly explained the issue, what he had done and the next steps. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Plumbingforce

They gave me an appointment between 9-12 they didn’t turn up so I called them and told me it will be rescheduled from 1-5pm already 3pm I called them if they’re still coming and told me they can’t and reschedule me some other day. I actually have an appointment on that day for our garden shed we didn’t go because I want the shower to be done but if they could have told me earlier that they won’t turn up we wasted the whole day waiting for them to turn up. Very unprofessional. I’m very disappointed and unhappy, I didn’t rebook I cancelled instead.

I booked them for a 4 hour slot and repeatedly tried to get an update on when the plumber would arrive. Finally at the end of the 4 hours they called to say they weren’t coming! Terrible.

They gave me a four hour window of when they would arrive. 3 hours and 50 minutes into that they contacted me to say the engineer now couldn’t come. Not annoying at all!

Just installing a couple of radiators. A job that should take no more than a couple of hours.. took 5 hours. Cost over £500 for something that should not have made it past £150 to £200.. nightmare.

Sadly didn’t actually make it to the job we’d called about as an emergency on Friday. We were quoted Monday PM. Just not acceptable if you can smell gas.

Answer call very swiftly and plumbed washing machine in including electric. Did exactly what it said on the tin which is what you want...great

-Bad customer support. -An appointment was cancelled by them last moment. -Expensive for generally poor service. The engineer was polite and looks like a smart guy. In my case he didn't fixed the problem and suggested to change the heating system from conventional to combi. I'm not an expert so I won't disagree. But changing the conventional boiler with a new conventional boiler is much cheaper and could be suggested also as an option.

A very quick and efficient service. Great to have this service available especially when you need a plumbing issue sorted quickly. Plumber Richard was polite and efficient at his job and completed it, sorting the problem and heating and hot water was restored!

Got quite messed around in terms of timing for my booking, meaning that I had to stay in for 2 full days waiting. But the staff were friendly enough when I spoke to them. On arrival, though, Richard knew exactly what he was doing and gave me some good advice on looking after my megaflo boiler system.

Well not happy as British Gas said was a sensor and fixed your man said would cost 700 hundred plus but no where near that very disappointed

Turned up within allotted time slot, got a phone call to say he was on his way, fixed the boiler and happy with the service

Gareth was brilliant, fast, professional, knowledgeable and good humoured and sorted the whole issue out with no fuss whatsoever what looked to me like a complete disaster he sorted out smoothly and calmly, polite and so quality focused. Highly recommended.

Emergency Appointment was booked for Friday between 3 and 6. Around 5 was called to say that the plumber wasn't available and it would be Monday !! Cancelled with Plumbingforce as it was an Emergency and got a local plumber to come Saturday morning.

Initial emergency work was good guess as I paid for it - Follow up free work required they cancelled on me 3 times then did it over the phone with me so I had to do the work for them following the engineers instruction. Oil the engineer was very good. Very poor follow up service when it’s free and not paid for - will be using another company next time.
