Assessment done within 24 hours of my phoning - just. I was not informed there was a charge of £94 for this call-out. Sam undertook to return 9am the next day to carry out repairs. I prepared and left the boiler off. He had not come by 12.30. I rang to be told he had not been assigned for that day, but nobody had rung to tell me. I was rung back and told I must pay for materials before he would come - two days later. Sam came on time, conscientious and did a good job. I waited for an invoice, none came. My credit card account did come showing three payments taken off it. For the call-out, the materials and the labour. I had only authorised payment for materials. Taking payment before I had an invoice or authorised payment is wrong. I was further upset by not being told about the call-out fee. Your customer relations and account practice are very poor, I suspect bordering on illegality.

I called plumbing force to install my nest thermostat, on the day I called them the lady on the phone was pleasant and informative. The same day an hour after the call the engineer Dean Edey arrived. He was very informative, knowledgable and quick to work. Overall very happy with service, highly recommend, prices alittle high but you get what you pay for..

Absolute breath of fresh air to have a plumber that turns up when he says he would. Does the job, takes his shoes off when walking over carpets and is polite. Plumbing work done to a high standard and conversed with me regarding appropriate action. Excellent. Couldn’t fault one bit.

Plumbingforce is unreliable and expensive ( we booked another company for £30 less). We wasted 2 mornings and an afternoon waiting in due to cancellation. One might be acceptable but not three. If an appointment is made with a customer then that customer should take priority especially after the second cancellation.

Managed to book a Saturday morning appointment late Friday afternoon. We received a text giving the engineers name and detail telling us he was on his way. The engineer, Ivan Jones then called to say he was 10 minutes away. Ivan diagnosed the fault with our Bosch Worcester Combi boiler. Replacing the part and giving it a full service as requested. The service was very thorough clearing instructions in the condenser amongst other things. Very please with the work and service provided and can highly recommended the service to any one. Well done.

Initial call was to unblock the toilet, plumber had informed us that we need to change the unit costing at least £1,000.00. We called our usual plumber he unblocked the toilet. I think this company creates jobs for themselves.

You shouldn't be offering a nationwide 24 emergency service and book things in with times for same day attention when you don't have any engineers in the area - to offer to sort it out the following week is not an emergency response!! A waste of time for you and us

Absolutely useless, was told plumber would come out within hours, received phone call from company hours later to cancel the job as no one available! Water pouring through my kitchen ceiling on the Saturday, was told next available date was Monday! Would not recommend & would never ever use this company. Emergency plumber... absolute joke, appalling customer care & they took bank details in advance to secure the booking-wanted to charge a fortune too. Disgraceful treatment from this company, steer well clear

The gas engineer who came to service the boiler found so many faults, though this Potterton boiler was installed by commercial gas company four years ago and I’d up and running without any problem . All we asked the engineer was to service the boiler. BD is due the certificate for insurance purposes , He did not do any works and quoted £2000 of extra worjs required . This guy was after extra business and money making . Please do not use this company , complete waste of tone and money .They charged us £150 plus cat just for visit and did not do any works.

Matt Edwards did a very professional job. Did more checks than British Gas and Rightio. The new pump did not work first visit, next day second pump worked but more money added to bill - It doesn’t seem fair that I should have to pay all the extra time for faulty materials that I did not supply but I would not hesitate to recommend your company even though you are a tad expensive.

Gordon was a really great engineer but the new system to log their work doesn’t work. This causes lots of problems and needs to be reviewed.
