“Overall was good, but was told on booking that someone would be with us between when we phoned and 5 pm, that didnt happen so had to phone at 5 pm then to be told it would be by 6 pm, 5 mins later the company phoned to say that it would be the next day now between 10am and 2 pm. Engineer came out next morning and sorted it out very satisfactory and was very pleasant.”

“A new boiler was fitted only 3 months ago [at great expense] and a problem has been encountered, namely, the hot water part of the boiler has failed to work. I have contacted Plumbing Force and was told that a 'call-out' would be charged! This was despite having a 5 year parts and labour guarantee [i was actually told that this would be extended to 7 years, as i had paid extra for a magnetic filter to be fitted.] I have contacted Worcester Bosch, who are to send one of their engineers. I will not therefore be offering Plumbing Force any further business.”

Dear Mr Cope Thank you for your review, but I wanted to post a reply as the review is not entirely correct. When you contacted our team, we made you aware that we would re-attend under our warranty as per our terms and conditions, and that should we find a fault with our installation or any parts supplied by us, then this would be covered and no charge would be applicable for the visit. However, we also advised that should we find a problem not relating to our installation or our parts, a charge would be applicable for our attendance and any subsequent repairs. This is standard practice made by many plumbing companies and also manufacturers too. We did not at any point advise you that you would definitely be charged for the visit - we had not yet attended to investigate, and you subsequently cancelled the appointment before we were able to come over. The 5 year warranty is issued by Worcester on the boiler itself. I hope you have had the problem resolved, and if we can be of any further assistance do not hesitate to contact us further. “I called Plumbing Force when my usual boiler man was unavailable and it was an emergency as the boiler had broken down in a rented property and the tenant needed it fixed quickly. Unfortunately they had booked me an hour slot between 11-2 but after a couple of calls of chasing when it was getting nearer the time of my slot to end they came back to me to say that they would not be able to attend the property. The engineer turned up the next day at 8.45 am. I was told that the engineer would call me about 1/2 an hour before he got to the property as I had explained to the person who answered the phone that this was a rented property and I would only be a couple of minutes drive away. Unfortunately, the engineer was not told he had to do this and called me whilst he was standing outside the property. I had assumed that the engineers would automatically call when they were en route as part of the service. The engineer was great. Very polite, knew his stuff and explained to me the problem and how to deal with it in the future or what to look out for if it happened again. Although I was a little unhappy that the promise of having an engineer the same day was not kept and there was a lack of communication between the engineer and head office I was very happy with the service I received and would use Plumbing Force again. I would have given the engineer five stars for his service.”

“Thank you, Thank you , excellent service, I was informed engineer was coming and he turned up within the time frame, job completed within 25 minutes !!! would recommend you to all my colleagues, very polite engineer and helped put the old cooker outside.”

“Used this company because I was completely misled by the web site. I live in Duston Northampton and believed that I was contacting a local company "Duston Plumbing and Gas Engineers". The engineer that eventually arrived after 6 hours had in fact travelled from the Derby Nottingham area. I made a big mistake, expensive lesson learned!”

“After a call at 17-30 on Friday I was given a slot between 10.00 and 14.00 on Sarurday to assemble and install a new cooker.. At 12.30 Satutday to tell me that my appointment was now between 13.30 and 15.30,at 15.00 I rang your company and was told that the engineer was having problems and he would now be with us between 15.00 and 18.00,at 17.30 I rand again and was told that the engineer would not be able to attend and the appointment was rebooked for Monday meaning we had no cooker over the weekend. At 18.10 sat evening the engineer arrived explains that he was passing us on his way home and decided to do the installation. He was very pleasant and soon had the job finiished within the hour and the cooker working.He was polite, good worker and an assett to your company,were very impressed.”

“Blocked bathroom sink, sorted out very quickly. Took longer than I anticipated to arrive, but I was kept informed. Very pleased with the service, and your representatives, both on the phone and when the plumber arrived. Very tidy worker. I think it's quite expensive, but it's worth it if your issue gets fixed - and mine did. Thank you.”
