“Our tenants boiler had stopped working and Plumbingforce managed to get an engineer out to them within the hour and all fixed. Our tenants were full of praise for the engineer and commented on how helpful he was. I will definitely be using Plumbingforce again and would highly recommend them.”

“telephone staff were knowledgeable and polite. the engineer who attended was the same. very happy with all levels of service provided by your company and will certainly use you again and will happily recommend your services to others. So much better than british gas.”

“Very pleasant, helpful young man,arrived on time,worked quickly and efficiently.I did not give 5 stars purely on price not service,my boiler was serviced for many years by local engineer hence we had cheaper deal, but I am very pleased with your company. Thank you.”

“So..... I needed a plumber pronto . Yes it cost more because it was an emergency . Terry, the plumber did a fantastic job, was very knowledgable and sorted the problem in less than 2 hours . Full marks across the board . 10/10 . Thank you .”

“When the plumber arrived on Monday nothing but praise.However I felt badly let down on Saturday,because of you failure to comply with your claim of 1-3 hour response time,which left me with a none working kitchen sink”

“The engineer came on time and diagnosed the problem within 20 minutes. I had already guessed the fault and asked specifically if the part would be on the van. It was not, so I had to wait for the engineer to collect it. I thought the part was over priced by 100% The engineer was polite and seemed to be efficient. He made sure I understood what he was doing and showed me how to rebalance my boiler should it be necessary at a later date.”

“I am very pleased with the work you have done. Andrew arrived at the time arranged. He was very polite and efficient and left every thing tidy. The radiator, however, did not stay on all the time as it should have done. I phoned you up and you sent Andy out. He too arrived at the time arranged. Andy checked and put right what was wrong. He too was polite, efficient and tidy. I can fully recommend your firm for prompt attention and time keeping. I will be keeping your details in my phone book for future needs. Thank you very much. “Booked an emergency plumber for the same day, and confirmed over the phone. Receive phone call at 4.30pm to advice they have cancelled. Terrible service as I had explained it was the day before I was going on holiday so I needed a same day call out. Avoid using this company.”

“Found this company on line on a Saturday morning after our tenants called to say they had problems with their hot water. The phone was answered immediately, and within 3 hours the pump had been replaced and all working fine. Payment was easy over the phone. So far so good and would definitely use them again.”

“Didn't receive the mentioned phone call. Loft hatch wasn't put back. However, the Plumber was clean and tidy, friendly, efficient. He thoroughly explained what had happened, what work was necessary & the billing. Recommendations were also made.”
