ordered 6 items for xmas presents. One has been delivered and the other 5 haven’t even been dispatched. Every time I email it takes nearly 2 days for anyone to even respond. I don’t know why it is so difficult to pick and pack an order and then post it. All items showed in stock and for any company to not even post the items after 2 weeks is disgusting. Will stick to Amazon prime in the future

Orders are not dispatched ehej they claim to be. Customer service and updates are horrific. When asked to cancel they decided to partially cancel the order then claim very quickly after the rest had been dispatched despite no email update. Horrific experience made more difficult by incompetent staff

Like most reviews here - I pre-ordered 3 POPs, I was promised they would ship on the first week of August. I received 2 of them by October, and, while the third is in stock, they won't ship it to me. Customer service keeps giving me the same templated replies and won't really try to resolve the issue. Never buy here!

Awful experience with pop in a box. I ordered figures in February and after 8 months, I still hadn’t received these. I messaged throughout this period, but was never given an explanation as to why there was such a delay and when I was likely to receive these. In the end I decided to ask for a refund, to which I was told money had not been taken from me. It took weeks, many messages and screenshots to prove this was the case, and many messages and weeks before I managed to receive my refund. Customer services would always reply but never provide a solution. Do not order from this company. Although these figures were a little more expensive from Amazon and eBay, I received them within a few days!

DO NOT PRE ORDER FROM FUNKO POP(unless you want to wait over 7 months and counting for your pop) I ordered TWO funko pops back in MAY and both still have not shipped. The worst part is they went in and out of stock while I was waiting for them to ship. Truly disappointing that a big company like this could do this. So if you want a funko pop I advise going on amazon or anywhere else because even though it might be a bit more money at least you will get it. I REPEAT DO NOT BUY FROM POP IN A BOX. THEY WILL NEVER SEND YOU YOUR POPS.

Have been waiting for an order for nearly a year and still haven't got it. They keep doing preorders yet not even sending their customers the orders. Why take more preorders before actually delivering the orders which people are waiting for. Don't buy from popinabox.

I ordered over a year ago to be told they were waiting on stock. I have subsequently tried to cancel the order for a refund but this is not allowed.

Avoid, bunch of amateurs that taking money from customers for pre-order before toy even produced, used my money for a year, never send the toy to me and when I chased the order told me that toy is out of stock and I can have a refund?! Don't even have a decency to apologise for their fault - pre-order means that you already took the money for order and it could not be out of stock if the toy wasn't even produced in time of my order!

Like others say I can confirm that pre-ordered items take a very long time to arrive or never arrive at all as everything after a while appears to be out of stock.

Sucks. I ordered two marvel pops and recieved only one pop. I messaged them and they were no help. Eventually They said they would send me another pop but it was a pop that is on my don’t like list but they said they couldn’t change it cause they already sent it. Then they kept ignoring me until I said I cancelled my subscription and they said good.

This company is awful. I have made many orders from here and not once have I ever received a full order. I have made pre orders multiple times and not once have I ever got my order. The date will come round for release date and no payment and no delivery I query it a couple of days later only to find that the item is out of stock and they don't know when the next delivery is. This has happened on pre ordered and buy now and it's not right. The customer service is like talking to bots as they always give you the same replies so it feels like you're never getting anywhere. if I was to give advice DO NOT SHOP HERE!

Absolute garbage. No human response, they just take your money and gaslight you. Scum. Found the company director is Edward Michael Jones of Colwyn Bay. Company is now dissolved last registered as EJ2015 Ltd in the UK. He has been involved in 3 dissolved companies and looks very much like he just does this to gain a few £ then dissolves. Will chase through companies house to get him disallowed from heading a company again for fraudulent activity.

Pre ordered ice cube funko pop back in March. August came and no product was delivered. Contacted customer service and gave them all my proof and info. They still wouldn’t refund me. $30 loss and lesson learned. Beware. Shady business

Apart from getting the odd Funko Pop in damaged condition, and waiting many many months for items, even when other sites have had the exact items on sale and in stock for many months, I now find out they have been taking double payment from me for every pre-order I make. Once when I make the pre-order, and again when they send it out. I've seen others say the same and that Pop in a Box say they don't take money for pre-orders, but I have bank statements that tell me otherwise. I have confronted Pop in a Box and after 18 days they still have not replied.

0 customer service. 1 star is generous. Ordered a pop 6 months ago. Its still not here. That was in February and its now September. Lots of people complaining about the same issue on twitter. They ignore my tweets and say they're too busy and will get back to me when they can. A week later still nothing. They respond to other tweets within 12 hours. Not mine though. They're so unprofessional it's disgusting. Do not make any preorders with them because you will risk not receiving it and losing out on the pop whilst it's released everywhere else. They take more preorders than they can fulfil and pocket your money hoping you won't even realise.. Probably makes them a fortune if you count up the thousands of customers they do this to.
